Charlie Sheen lives a pretty charmed life. For a guy who seems to be followed by trouble wherever he goes, he sure gets off easy most of the time. And the latest is no exception.
According to TMZ, Sheen won’t be getting any jail time. There are reportedly two different plea bargains on the table between his lawyer Yale Galanter and the prosecutors, and neither includes jail time.
To make the deals even sweeter, there’s reportedly little to no probation as well! Not to mention the fact that it was reported today that Sheen won’t miss any of his tapings for Two and a Half Men.
This is because he will be pleading no contest to a misdemeanor rather than a felony. Charlie owes his lawyers fruit baskets….lined with a lot of cash.
Charlie is reportedly en route to Aspen, where he’ll meet with his lawyers before heading to court. If they cannot strike a deal, we're told both sides will ask for a trial date when they appear in court at 3:00PM.
