Charlie Sheen to Plead Not Guilty
Charlie Sheen will appear in court next month to enter a plea on charges stemming back from his December arrest. And according to a new report, Sheen is planning on pleading not guilty.

Sources tell Radaronline that Charlie’s lawyer believes there’s a way he can get his client out of going to jail. Sheen was charged with felony misdemeanor charges of third degree assault and criminal mischief and facees anywhere between 2 to 8 years in prison.

But his attorney Richard Cummins claims Charlie did nothing wrong, and that they won’t even accept a plea bargain! He said, “We have not entered a plea yet but we would be entering a plea of not guilty and certainly would not enter into any disposition that contemplated a felony because no felony occurred.”

As for Brooke Mueller, Cummins said, “If she is seeking some kind of treatment, my understanding is that both Brooke and Charlie are in the same camp working towards the same goals and working in the same direction. I don’t think we look at anything she is doing in regard as any advantage because they are not adversarial toward one another.”

Charlie and his lawyer seem like they’re trying to convince everyone that things are hunky dory with Brooke. Cummins added, Cummins added, “If she is seeking some kind of treatment, my understanding is that both Brooke and Charlie are in the same camp working towards the same goals and working in the same direction. I don’t think we look at anything she is doing in regard as any advantage because they are not adversarial toward one another.”

Are you buying it? What do you think should happen in court with Charlie? Should he go to jail for his actions?
