Charlie Sheen Moves Out; Wife Moves In

So much for reconciliation! Charlie Sheen moved out of his Los Angeles home this week, and his wife Brooke Mueller finally moved back in.

They may be avoiding each other but it’s not entirely their choice. A judge had issued a temporary restraining order forbidding Charlie from having any contact with Brooke.

According to Radaronline, Charlie and Brooke's lawyers have asked the judge to drop the no-contact provision of the restraining order so they can attempt to save their marriage. But Aspen assistant district attorney Arnold Mordkin filed a motion opposing the dismissal of the restraining order.

But clearly marital problems aren't the couple’s only issue. Charlie has publicly spoken out about his alcohol and drug abuse problem, but we also recently learned that Brooke has had some serious abuse problems herself.

She has been in and out of rehab for alcohol, cocaine and crack addiction. She even has a DUI and possession of cocaine arrest under her belt. It's sad that these two just welcomed twins into this world. They can't even take care of themselves, much less their children.

We hope they come to a solution that will be best for their twins--even if it includes getting a divorce. These two are a mess together.
