Charlie Sheen has not had the best year so far and things just seem to be getting worse.
Sheen is not thrilled that he might have to do 30 days in jail as a part of a plea bargain.
Originally, Sheen was planning on pleading guilty to a felony and he would get no jail time, but would be placed on probation for 2 years. That was the old deal that the Aspen D.A. had proposed to Sheen.

Sheen’s people had a problem with that awesome plea deal. The problem being that Charlie would most probably violate his probation.
A source told TMZ, "There are a lot of ways to violate probation, and we don't want Charlie doing something that in the next two years could land him in prison for a probation violation."

Now, there is a new proposal on the table. Charlie would plead guilty or no contest to a misdemeanor and get jail time.
The only problem is that Charlie would have to do 30 days in jail and he is not happy. He is willing to do 10 days in jail but the D.A. wants his to serve 30 days in jail.
By Charlie serving jail time, he would not be placed on probation or he would get probation for a short period of time.
Let’s just hope Charlie doesn’t drop the soap while serving time in the pokey.
