Charlie Sheen could probably get away with murder without having to spend a significant amount of time in jail.
The newest report in the "Charlie's Going to Jail" drama is that he's going to be able to leave jail every morning for work but has to return every night. Sounds like a sweet deal to us.

According to sources at TMZ, Charlie could spend his days working in the local Aspen community, returning to jail in the evenings, if the judge preceding over his hearing agrees to declare him eligible for work release, and the local sheriff decides he meets the criteria to do so. And of course we all know that's going to happen.
He's set to serve 30 days in jail after pleading no contest to third-degree misdemeanour assault, but will most likely only serve about two weeks.
It really must be nice to be Charlie Sheen. He threatens to kill his wife with a knife and gets the sweetest jail package we've ever heard of. And of course there's those $2 million dollar Two and a Half Men paychecks to look forward to when he's out. Must be nice Charlie, must be nice!
