Charlie Sheen Charged With Felony Menacing

Charlie Sheen has officially been charged today with three crimes. The actor was in an Aspen, Colorado courtroom today and was charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

It was rumored last week that Sheen would enter a plea, but that did not happen. The judge did lift the protective order against Charlie, which now allows him to be in contact with his wife Brooke Mueller.

Sheen is still not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms. Charlie and Brooke hugged each other at the end of the hearing. We can’t keep these two straight. One month they want to kill each other, and the next they’re more in love than ever.

Sheen is due back for another hearing in court in March. We’ll see how he does this month!
