Charlie Sheen went to court yesterday where he was charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.
The judge however, did lift the protective order against Charlie, which now allows him to be in contact with his wife Brooke Mueller.
The two hugged it out in court and according to Brooke’s attorney, Yale Galanter, they planned to return to their Los Angeles home to be with one another.
“I can tell you, Brooke very badly wanted to have contact with Charlie,” Galanter said. “There are many children’s issues that she wanted to communicate with him about.
“Brooke’s desire was to get the order modified so they could have contact and communicate because of their children. Judge Boyd was gracious enough to grant that and now Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to Los Angeles to continue their lives.”
These two are a very interesting couple! Let's just hope things don't become really violent in one of their many fights.
