TMZ claims both have obtained lawyers for a possible divorce, and they are getting all the paperwork ready in case the marriage "fails," as if it isn't bad enough already.
Sources say Charlie and Brooke are at least acknowledging the fact that divorce is a real possibility, but don't want it dragged out in court. So lawyers advised them to negotiate the terms of a possible divorce now, get all the paperwork together and then see if the marriage has a chance. If it doesn't, everything will get filed at once.
Charlie has hired family law attorney Lori Howe in the mega law firm of Trope and Trope. Brooke has hired attorney Mark Gross, a family law expert.
This is more obvious than Ricky Martin coming out of the closet. Charlie just doesn't want to see his millions go to Brooke! Maybe he'll think twice before marrying someone straight off of getting divorced next time!
