Brooke Mueller Released from Hospital

Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller has reportedly been released from the Los Angeles hospital where she’s been staying for over a week in intensive care. Though she’s still fighting an infection and pneumonia, sources tell People that Brooke has gotten well enough to go home.

Her mother Moira said, "I picked her up [Monday night] and brought her to a friend's house in Los Angeles where we will stay until we decide what we are going to do and where we will go.”

As Hollyscoop reported yesterday, a friend of Mueller’s says the plan now is to get her into a program that focuses on stress reduction and psychological counseling.

"The doctors in ICU told Brooke that if she wants to get better she has to reduce stress and get a lot of R&R in the coming weeks," says the insider. "Her mom thinks she needs some time away from Charlie and Los Angeles to get her head together."

As for the couple’s twin boys, they’ll apparently be staying in LA with their father while Brooke gets the help she needs.

That sounds like it’ll add to her stress levels! But then again, we can’t get a good read on this couple. We just hope Brooke finally gets the help she needs.
