Chad Lowe and Girlfriend Welcome Baby Girl

Congratulations is in order for Chad Lowe and his girlfriend Kim Painter! They’ve just welcomed a baby girl named Mabel Painter Lowe.

She was born in Los Angeles on Saturday, and Chad’s rep says, “Everybody is healthy and happy.”
