Celine Dion suffered some setbacks when her and husband René Angélil tried to have another baby recently, but she's not letting it get her down--or stand in her way of having another child.
Celine opened up to Access Hollywood about the recent news of her losing her baby.
"When we announced to him that we were pregnant and then it didn't work out, he said, 'Wasn't it supposed to be 100 percent sure?' " Dion reveals. "I said, 'It was 100 percent, but it's nature and it didn't work out.' And he was looking at me and he said, 'Are you going to try again?' I said, 'Yeah, we are going to try again.' He knows exactly what we are doing, so he's great."
Celine says she understood that it's just the nature of the procedure, and she's still hoping for the best. "It's not like, 'Oh my god, she's not pregnant and she's depressed,' " said Celine. "You know how it works. We are great. We hope for the best, we hope to get pregnant. If it happens, it happens."
Celine and René already have a son together, which makes Celine feel blessed every day. "I feel strong and honestly, we're very blessed," Dion, 41, tells Access Hollywood. "We have a wonderful child, we're extremely happy."
But Celine insists they're going to keep trying. "We are going back to the same people, the same doctor in New York," says the singer.
We really hope to hear some great baby news from the Dion camp soon. She's such a great mother to her eight-year-old son Rene-Charles, we'd love to see her with a mini Celine as well.
