Nicolas Cage recently revealed he had his own terrifying encounter with a home intruder. Cage stars in an upcoming home invasion thriller flick, Trespass. During an interview, Cage recalls his personal experience with the subject:
"I've lived through it. I've actually experienced it. I was living in Orange County. It was two in the morning. There was a man, in front of my bed. My little one, my 2-year-old at the time, was sleeping in the other room. I was in bed with my wife."
If that doesn’t give you chills, this should. The dude was apparently, "totally naked." Well, not totally:

Celine Dion and her husband, René Angelil, were not at home on Tuesday when their Montreal mansion was invaded. The intruder, 36 year-old Daniel Bedard, was charged with breaking and entering, auto theft, and causing property damage. The man allegedly jumped the home's fence, then used a garage door opener he found in an unlocked vehicle to get inside.
Oh, and he also raided the fridge while he was there. I mean, why not? If you're going to break into someone's home for a stupid reason, I say go all out. Have a snack. Leave the toilet seat up.

--Best Actor nominee Colin Firth tells Hollyscoop he feels like it’s his “wedding day because [he’s] so nervous. I don’t know how I’ll celebrate if I win.” When asked if he has a speech prepared he humbly shrugged.
--Sandra Bullock tells Hollyscoop her son helped her out with her dress. “I felt happy because he recognizes red. I want him to look at the screen and say ‘that’s mommy!’”
--Best Actress nominee Nicole Kidman told Hollyscoop, “My daughter Sunday Rose liked the dress,” which is why she choose her Dior dress. “I can’t put too much time into finding a dress,” she added.
--Anne Hathaway, who looked stunning in a red Valentino dress and Tiffany’s jewels, tells Hollyscoop she’s “so excited” about hosting the Oscars for the first time while walking with designer Valentino.
--Melissa Leo, nominated for Best Supporting Actress, tells Hollyscoop designer Marc Bouwer made this dress especially for her. “I saw the dress on the model and fell in love and he custom made it for my body,” she told HS.
-- Hailee Steinfeld, who looked adorable in her Marchesa dress, Fred Leighton jewels, and Ferragamo clutch and shoes, rushed inside because she was shivering from the cold.
--Celine Dion tells Hollyscoop it was hard to leave the babies at home.
--Jennifer Hudson confesses to Hollyscoop that she’s still on her Weight Watchers diet, and it’s the only reason she fit into her Tangerine Orange Versace dress.
--Helena Boham Carter tells Hollyscoop she choose the dress with bustles because it hides her butt.

"The love and what I feel inside, what we have accomplished – I don't know how to put it into words," Dion tells the magazine. "It's bigger than life itself."
She also talks about the differences between her two new boys. "They are very different," says Dion. "Eddy is my smallest, very delicate and needs to be cuddled a lot. And Nelson is darker and very loud, in a good way. He's my bear, my big boy!"
Celine Dion Reveals the Twins Names
As for Celine’s other son Rene-Charles, he’s taken on the big-brother duty of picking out the twins’ lullabies. "We've been singing Take Me Out to the Ballgame," says Dion, explaining, "R.C. loves baseball."
Side note: Am I the only one relieved they came up with the R.C. nickname for that poor child?! Phew!
And get this—it was supposed to be triplets! For a week we thought we had triplets, but sadly on the next visit to the doctors we only heard two heartbeats,” she revealed.??
“That little baby decided to leave the space for the two others and to say goodbye to us. It happened very early during the pregnancy. But still, it shocks you.”
And finally—those names! Not exactly what you’d imagine when thinking of newborn babies. But Celine’s husband Rene explains that the names have meaning.
“The idea is to have our sons be inspired by somebody that has the same name,” said Rene. “We met with Nelson Mandela and spent some time with him at his house when we started Celine’s world tour.”
“Eddy is an homage to Eddy Marnay,” he said, referring to the French songwriter who wrote Celine’s first five albums.
“He was like a father to me,” said Celine. “He passed away six years ago. He was such a gentle man, everybody loved him.”
Doesn’t this just make you love Celine Dion??? And believe it or not, she’s already gearing up to get back to work. She’s apparently already easing back into rehearsals for her Las Vegas show that starts up March 15.

Celine and her new twin boys have officially left the hospital and are at home resting--with new names. She named the boys Eddy and Nelson.

Sounds pretty simple, right? The name "Eddy" comes from Eddy Marnay, who produced Celine's first five records. And Nelson is named after Nelson Mandela.
"Eddy is a major influence in both Céline and René's lives," her rep said and "René said that in just the few minutes they were able to spend with [Nelson] him, they were impressed by the human being he is."
Celine admitted it was difficult choosing names and the boys went almost a week without names, but there you have it--little Eddy and Nelson have officially been named.

The singer spoke with French magazine Gaa and told them she’s still trying to find the perfect names for her little bundles of joy.
“I’ve read nearly 15,000 names,” she told the magazine, “and nothing has stuck.”

“Because [elder son] René-Charles goes to school in the United States, he’s suggested English first names. My mother, on the other hand, has been hinting about very French first names and we’re going a little bit crazy trying to decide.”
Celine went on to day she actually wanted a baby girl at first. “Honestly if I had a choice, certainly I’d have liked to have a girl,” Dion admitted. “But the day I learned that I was expecting two boys, I wasn’t disappointed. It was a day of tremendous joy. I’m truly happy. Everything went well and the babies are in good health. That’s all that counts.”
Celine Dion Distressed by Pregnancy Complication Rumors
Dion even commented on her birth, saying, “I’m telling you, if they could have come out through my ears at the time they were ready to come into the world, that would have suited me fine.”
And for her career, it’s pretty much on hold at this point. Celine plans on returning to Las Vegas in March of next year. She’s even ok with the extra weight she put on during pregnancy.
“I don’t care about my figure. I never have and I’m not worried,” says Dion. “In any case, I’m not going on any diet because I want to breastfeed … Besides I have a really good stylist and if it’s a question of going up a dress size or two — well, so be it.”
She sounds so happy! We’re thrilled for Celine and her family of boys! We hope she finds names soon!

Celine went into labor early but according to her rep, everyone is happy and healthy. In fact, Rene says they were so excited, they couldn't hold back their tears of joy.
Celine Dion Welcomes Twin Boys
"We have tried five times since March 2009 to conceive. It's very hard," he said of their well-known struggle to conceive.
"So when Saturday at 11:11 came, and they showed us the first baby that was crying, we were crying," he confessed.
"It was a very emotional moment," he added, "and even though we didn't speak to each other, we were both thinking about the time it took. We are very lucky, very privileged and very fortunate to have these boys."
Aww that's so cute to hear. We're happy to hear that Mother and babies are all doing well. Congrats!
Dion reportedly delivered the fraternal boys this morning at St. Mary’s Medical Centre in West Palm Beach, Florida at 11:11AM and 11:12AM.
The boys weighed in at 5lbs 4oz and 5lbs 10oz, each, and are healthy and doing fine. However, because they are premature (their due date was in November) they will spend the next few days in the NICU.
Celine Dion is Pregnant With Twins!
A rep for Celine and her husband Rene, who was by her side during the births, said in a statement, “Celine, Rene and their son Rene-Charles are thrilled … Celine is resting now and they plan to discuss what to name the boys when she wakes up.
“Rene-Charles has been to the hospital to visit his brothers and is just so excited they are here.”
In addition, Dr. Ronald Ackerman, Dion's obstetrician and gynecologist, told Us Magazine:

“The cesarean section was performed by the team and Dr. Ruel Stoessel, Celine’s obstetrician, and high risk doctor and obstetricians Dr. Steven Pliskow and Dr. Joshua Ackerman, my son. I would like to thank Dr. Stoessel, Celine’s high risk obstetrician who availed his high level of expertise to enable us to reach this joyous day.
“I would also like to thank Dr. Zev Rosenwaks for his tireless fertility treatments which afforded Celine and Rene with this opportunity, and to Dr. Pete Garcia, our pediatric physician who played an enormous role in her care.
“It should be known worldwide that this team agrees that Celine and Rene are clearly one of the most caring and kind individuals that they have ever cared for. Today is not the end, but the beginning of 2 new lives.”

According to the AP, Dion was admitted to St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida as a precautionary measure. Her doctors recommended she remain there until the babies’ birth to avoid complications.
"She has been admitted to prevent the early delivery of her babies which is the standard of care for any patient with twin pregnancy in this clinical setting," the hospital explained. "This is done to ensure the patient can be in close contact with their doctors and clinical resources, leading up to their birth."
"Celine and Rene have placed the health of their babies as their highest priority," they added.
The hospital has also shot down rumors Celine and her husband made outlandish demands on the hospital or had pre-scheduled the twin' birth.
We hope they gave her a comfy room with a TV—this is going to be a long few weeks ahead! Best of luck to the mom-to-be!
