Turns out Dr. Travis Stork is quite a smooth operator… He got married over the weekend without us even knowing!
“The Doctors” co-host married his sweetheart Dr. Charlotte Brown on Saturday. Travis and Charlotte, a pediatrician, have been dating for three years.
The couple got engaged last May while on a vacation getaway to the island of Lanai in Hawaii.
"My days as a "bachelor" are nearing an end!" he tweeted, leading up to the event. “Getting excited.”
Travis was the ultimate wanted hunk on the eighth season of “The Bachelor.” At the conclusion of the series, he chose to be with a school teacher named Sarah Stone, but obviously that didn’t work out…
People magazine reports that the wedding was a romantic affair. The two medical professionals said their “I do”s in an intimate ceremony in the Colorado mountains. A Fort Collins native, Stork was born and raised in the Centennial State.
According to Twitter, the first four days of marriage are treating him well.
“Thanks for all of the well wishes regarding our wedding this weekend! Life is good ... all our best!” he tweeted late Tuesday.
Travis’ show “The Doctors” - which Hollyscoop collectively discredited when it featured Kris Jenner as an expert guest - was up for two Daytime Emmys this year for “Outstanding Talk Show/Informative” and “Outstanding Talk Show Host (entire cast).” “The Doctors” fell short in both categories, losing to “The Dr. Oz Show” and Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa.
Congrats to Travis! You may suck at winning Emmys, but when it comes to winning the woman of your dreams… You, sir, are a champ!
