'Ugly Betty' star America Ferrera's boyfriend just proposed to her. The Golden Globe award winner is quietly planning a wedding after longtime sweetheart Ryan Piers Williams asked her to be his wife last month, according to Life & Style.

The very low-key couple met at film school in California, and Ferrera won her man's heart when she agreed to star in one of his student movies. We didn't even know she had a boyfriend! That's soooo not Hollywood of her.

I'm tired of being expected to find her gorgeous just because she weighs more than one hundred pounds. In that picture, she looks like a cute girl slightly overweight girl in her early twenties, no more and no less. This doesn't make her less of an actress--she is very good in Ugly Betty. But it is annoying the way some people will start screaming about anorexia when someone points out the obvious--that she's not extraordiarily beautiful.

She doesn't need to lose weight, she is perfect like she is, America Ferrera is very beautiful and sexy. Being thin doesn't make someone hotter, but in some cases it makes people look really really ugly. Plus, she is very talented and nice. Some actresses are very thin but they will never be able to gain talent weight.

I think America Ferrera is absolutly beautiful! Most girls these days idolize women who look like Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie & the Olsen twins. Most men fall for girls who wear clothes that show everything and are so skinny you can see their bones. I however beign 21 years old idolize America Ferrera, i believe she is beautiful and is just perfect the way she is. she is one of those women that more women should look up to. her wight is not an issue, her weight is perfect and makes her beauty that much more intense. Idjits. She is healthy. Not fat. Not even chubby. She is curvy, healthy and beautiful. If you can wear a snug dress like that and rock it out, you are not fat.
