I have no idea why celebrities refuse to go to rehab. Have you seen their rehab? It’s freaking paradise. Just without the overpriced drinks.

Demi Moore is reportedly refusing to get professional help to overcome her anorexia and substance abuse issues. Demi’s three daughters—Scout, 20, Tallulah, 16, and Rumer, 23—are apparently in favor of their mom getting professional help. But a source told HollywoodLife.com:

“Demi needs help but she's not ready to get it. She doesn't want to check into rehab even though her daughters want her to

Ugghh. Michael Lohan is doing things again.

This time he’s going to be on the fifth season of Celebrity Rehab. First off, for Michael Lohan to be included as a “celebrity” on that show we should redefine what it means to be a celebrity. If a celebrity is anyone who ever procreated and that spawn eventually became famous for being a pseudo lesbian and a sometimes coke addict, then sure, Michael Lohan is a celebrity.

So, Michael Lohan has a drug and alcohol problem all his own and will seek help from Dr. Drew Pinsky on VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab.”

Dr. Drew Pinsky had a really hard time finding real celebrities for his show Celebrity Rehab, so he got together a bunch of z-listers and ex mistresses for the new season.

Hot mess Janice Dickinson and Tiger's ex mistress Rachel Uchitel will join The Hills reject Jason Wahler, former, fallen former teen idol Leif Garrett, Frankie Lons (mother of singer Keyshia Cole) and oil heir Jason Davis, reports E! online.

The group will undergo 21 days of intense detoxification and treatment at the Pasadena Recovery Center. Episodes are set to premiere later this year.

Why in the world is Rachel on this show? The only thing she's addicted to is her 15 minutes and married men. WIll you tune in to see these hot messes on TV?

Rumor has it that the hot mess that is Janice Dickinson is the latest “celebrity” to sign on for the next season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew .

So what’s Janice claiming to be addicted to? Booze!

According to TMZ, Janice wants Dr. Drew to help her kick her alcohol habit. Is that all she’s claiming to be addicted to? We would argue otherwise!

Janice Dickinson will be joining Jeremy London and his ex and Bonnie Pointer.

The biggest mess of them all Tila Tequila was supposed to be on the show, but she dropped out earlier this week. There’s no helping Tila Tequila!
Tila Tequila's going to have a roommate in rehab--wannabe porn star Shauna Sand is set to join Dr. Drew Pinsky's Celebrity Rehab.

The trashtastic former Playboy Playmate has signed on for the next season and will start shooting as early as tomorrow, reports TMZ.

Shauna Sand and Chace Crawford Were Lovers

So aside from her horrendous fashion decisions, what's her addiction? Booze! Lots of booze!

As Hollyscoop had previously reported, Dr. Drew has been having a hard time getting real celebrities to join the show.

He reportedly tried to enroll Brooke Mueller, Lindsay Lohan, DMX, Bizzy Bone, and Heather Locklear for the show—but all declined, so he's settling for quasi celebs like Tila and Shauna.

Dr. Drew is still optimistic that real celebs will join the fourth season and the show won't be canned. He tweeted a post that has since been removed, “I am not involved at all with the casting but checked with VH1 and apparently production for CR4 is on track…Rumors inaccurate.”

Aside from Lindsay Lohan, who is still in denial about her alleged drug use, who would you want to see on Celebrity Rehab?
Celebrity Rehab is Dr. Drew Pinsky’s baby, but he’s putting it on hold for a little while. The reason? He can’t find enough celebrities who need rehabilitation!

Sounds like an oxymoron to us! But according to TMZ, production has been put on hold for the fourth season of the VH1 hit due to lack of interest.

Tila Tequila Headed to Rehab

Perhaps Dr. Drew’s expectations were a little too high this year—he reportedly tried to enroll Brooke Mueller, Lindsay Lohan, DMX, Bizzy Bone, and Heather Locklear for the show—but all declined.

The only one crazy enough to want to jump in is publicity whore Tila Tequila! Jason Wahler also apparently agreed to be on the show, but it’s obvious that he’s in it to reboot his career as well.

Dr. Drew is still optimistic though, and even denied the reports that production has been halted. He tweeted a post that has since been removed, “I am not involved at all with the casting but checked with VH1 and apparently production for CR4 is on track…Rumors inaccurate.”

Well, he definitely needs more than two subjects to work with! Tell us your thoughts on who should join this season!
Tila Tequila is finally going to get help! No, not mental help, but help for her addictions.

According to TMZ, Tila has signed up to the next season of VH1's 'Celebrity Rehab.'

The only problem is that no one else has signed on and the producers are having a hard time getting people to appear on the show, which means it might get canned.

Dr. Drew had offered a bunch of Hollywood's trainwrecks such as the Hoff, Lindsay and many more a chance to get their act straight on TV and they all declined.
Dennis Rodman and Mindy McCready will both be among the cast of the third season of ’s Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.

The former NBA star most recently made headlines after getting fired from Celebrity Apprentice for his drinking problem. And country singer Mindy McCready, who was hospitalized in December after an alleged suicide attempt, has had an ongoing problem with drugs and alcohol.

Dennis and Mindy, along with several other “stars,” will let the cameras chronicle their treatment at the Pasadena Recovery Center. Also in this season’s cast are Heidi Fleiss, One Day at a Time's Mackenzie Phillips, Tom Sizemore, America's Next Top Model's Lisa D’Amato, Alice in Chains' Mike Starr, Real World's Joey Kovar and Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche.

That’s one motley crew! The third season of the series, slated to premiere early next year, will cover a 21-day program led by Dr. Drew Pinsky.
Now the people that appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew will have somewhere to go after they leave the show.

VH1 is launching a new show called Sober Living, which will place alumni from the first season of Celebrity Rehab in a house in Beverly Hills for a month while cameras follow their lives while they struggle to live without drugs and alcohol.

Doesn't sound nearly as interesting as Celebrity Rehab, but it might be a feel good show! And it would keep them busy!
