The “King of Queens” is setting up shop in the sunshine state.

Actor and comedian Kevin James has dropped some serious cash money on a new mansion in Delray, Florida. The purchase set the funnyman back a solid $18.5 million.

CelebDigs reports that James scooped up the mansion as of Monday.

Just as impressive as the paycheck that he wrote are the features of the estate. The 26,509-acre house sits on a plot of land that spans 1.85 acres. It boast a layout of eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms and three half bathrooms.

In other words, Kevin’s wife and three kids will each get two bedrooms and two and a half baths of their own…

According to the report, the upstairs bedrooms each have access of a private bath and share a communal playroom. The master suite opens up to a terrace that has a fireplace and soaring views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Jealous yet? Wait.. There’s more!

The primary living room – because there’s more than one – has a second fireplace and three French doors that release guests into an ocean side loggia, straight out of a Harry Potter movie.

There’s also a billiard room with a built-in wet bar, stone pathways, rustic decor, several porches, sports court, saltwater swimming pool and guesthouse.

Surrounding the ground’s pool centerpiece is cabana, a pool bath, a summer kitchen.. And, oh yeah, yet freakin’ another fireplace…

Add to that a tricked-out basement with a staff quarters, wine room, a fitness room, steam room, massage area and hydrotherapy tub.

There’s even an underground parking garage.

I guess it pays to be funny…

Kevin James’ new movie Here Comes the Boom, where he plays a UFC version of Jack Black in Nacho Libre, opens in theaters on October 12.
