Ryan O'Neal And Son Arrested For Drug Possession

They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, well this is especially true for Ryan O'Neal and his son Redmond, who were both arrested today on suspicion of narcotics possession.

The popo were doing a probation search involving Redmond O'Neal (Farrah Fawcett's son) at his father's Malibu home shortly after 7am on Wednesday when deputies discovered the illegal substances, which they say was methamphetamine.

"Upon searching the premises, the younger O'Neal was found in possession of narcotics. Later, a vial of drugs were found in the elder O'Neal's bedroom. We believe the drugs found were methamphetamines," sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said.

They are currently being held on $10,000. There's nothing like some good old father son bonding time in the pokey. Oh the life of a celebrity!
