Lane Garrison Sentenced To Jail

Justice has been served! "Prison Break" star Lane Garrison was just sentenced to 40 months(about 4 years) in jail for the death of 17-year-old boy Vahagn Setian.

He was originally sent to prison for 90 days for shrinks to determine whether he was a suitable candidate for probation. Obviously he wasn't, cause he's headed to the slammer!

Don't forget that it was an accident. The poor dead kid went into someone's car--someone he just met--who had reportedly had more than a few shots. That's just stupid. Lane Garrison deserves his sentence, but somehow I feel sorry for the guy. Obviously he wasn't looking to have an accident and kill someone. A lesson to all out there: if you're going to drink, don't drive. And if you're stranded at a party, call a sober friend or parent to pick you up. Why the hell would you get into a car with a drunk celeb?

hey idiots gevo and murderer...do you know anything or just talk out of your ass...California law allows for a sentence ranging from probation to a year in county jail or a prison term of 16 months, two years or four years for one count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence...next time do some research before you open your stupid mouth dumbass
