Hammer was busted in West Texas after a drug sniffing dog discovered Mary Jane in his car. Hammer had to spend a day in jail and post $1,000 bond. I can’t wait to see the mug shot, I bet it’s totally GQ status.

Who knew that Jonathan Rhys Meyers was out in the world wreaking havoc? I thought he was modeling Versace sunglasses for a living now?
The troubled actor has had issues with alcoholism for many years and in June of 2009 he got into an alcohol fueled rage at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport where he punched a waiter and threatened the lives of several police officers and their families and was arrested. Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Lindsay Lohan should meet, they’d probably have a lot in common.

While Lindsay was sentenced to 30 days in prison, she was given one week to turn herself in, because she still has work to finish up on that Playboy shoot. And let's face it, Lindsay spends a lot to maintain her bad girl lifestyle, so she needs this paycheck.
Since 2007, Lohan has forked over more than a million dollars for her rehab and arrests. Her most recent bad behavior splurge? $10,000 bail for violating her probation. Okay, okay, we're getting ahead of ourselves. Let's start from the beginning.
2007:
It all started with Lindsay's month-long rehab stint at Wonderland in 2007. For a month of treatment, the facility charges $58,000. Being a drug addict ain't cheap. Later that year, Lohan takes her first mug shot, when she gets arrested for DUI. The bail cost her $30,000. As a result of this, she reenters rehab at a place called Promises, which cost another $54,500. That brings the total to $142,500.

According to Radar Online, Elin met with a lawyer prior to flying to Scottsdale, AZ earlier this week. It was reported that Elin boarded a plan to go visit her mother, who is in the hospital. But apparently that’s not the case.
Report: Elin Nordegren to File for Divorce Soon
A Swedish government official says it’s not true. He told Expressen newspaper ,“I have been in contact with her today in the Castle of Gävle.” He went on to say Elin’s mother is still in Sweden, not the US, and that she isn’t ill.
Sources say Elin met with a divorce lawyer prior to boarding the plane, and that the person spent several hours with her. ”She’s switched lawyers,” the source said. “Her new lawyer is from out of town.”
Celebs: Tiger Will Be Just Fine
Insiders say the last straw for Elin was when Tiger decided to make the return to the Masters. She’s convinced that Tiger isn’t serious about making up for his serial cheating.
She refuses to put her wedding ring on still, and it seems she’s finally come to her senses!

When police officers arrived on the scene, they gave both Charlie and Brooke blood alcohol tests. Charlie did fine with just a .04 but Brooke registered a .13.
Let's make a note that Mueller called the cops at 8:34AM. Who is drunk that early in the morning?
TMZ reports that Brooke even told a female cop right before the bail hearing that she was drunk when she made the phone call.
Charlie was booked for two felonies and one misdemeanor relating to domestic violence but he is claiming that he was just trying to defend himself and his wife happened to be the aggressor.
Charlie is due back in court on February 8.

Sheen is spending his Christmas in jail in Colorado after reportedly getting into a 'scuffle' with his wife, Brooke Mueller.
"Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I. Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department," Pitkin County Sheriffs Office patrol director Jeff Lumsden said in a statement. "Estevez had been arrested for Second Degree Assault, a class four felony, Menacing, a class five felony and Criminal Mischief, a class one misdemeanor. All charges are coupled with a domestic violence component."
"Mr. Estevez has a total bond amount of $8,500. As with all domestic violence cases, Mr. Estevez will remain incarcerated at the jail until his case undergoes its initial judicial review," Lumsden continued.
Things have reportedly been rocky between Sheen and Mueller the past few months. Rumor has it that she had been in Colorado for the past three months while Sheen was in Los Angeles. He flew out to spend Christmas with Mueller and their twins but things obviously didn't go so well. Meanwhile, Sheen's rep Stan Rosenfeld released a statement after the incident hinting that things are not what they seem. He said: “Do not be misled by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day.”
He is yet to be released from jail.

He was convicted of second-degree murder last April for the 2003 killing of Clarkson, whom he shot at his 30-bedroom mansion in Los Angeles.
It took two trials to convict him, since the first one was a mistrial after the jury couldn’t reach a unanimous decision. Lana Clarkson, who was 40 at the time of her death, had been working as a hostess at House of Blues, and went home with Spector that night.
Spector's Brazilian chauffeur, Adriano De Souza, said his boss appeared to be drunk and that Clarkson was initially reluctant to go home with him. She was found dead in the foyer of his house in the early hours of the morning.
A holster that matched the revolver that Spector used to kill her was found in a drawer in the foyer. Spector's chauffeur called authorities, saying: "I think my boss killed somebody.”
He told jurors Spector had said: "I think I killed somebody." The defense argued he had misheard his employer.
Finally there’s some closure on this case. Imagine how relieved Lana Clarkson’s family must feel, after dealing with this for 6 years! The sentence means that Spector must spend at least 19 years in prison before being eligible for parole. If not paroled, he will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

T.I., real name Clifford Harris, Jr., is due to turn himself over to authorities at Arkansas' Forrest City prison on May 26th to serve time for his 2007 arrest and subsequent conviction, but he may serve just two months out of the original 366-day sentence.
According to the Associated Press, he will only need to spend about 60 days behind bars, because he's already served 306 days on house arrest and served the rest of the time doing community service.
Not that we should we be surprised that a celebrity is getting special treatment, but do you think he should have to serve the entire sentence in the pokey? What are your thoughts?
