The new cast of ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ has just been revealed, and as you’re reading these names, just remember: this is why Donald Trump didn’t run for President. So he could make sure the people get what they really want: celebrity drama.
"I just think we have a major group of celebrities, and we have a very iconic group," says Donald Trump. "This is the best cast we've ever had, the biggest cast, and it's going to be special."
The ladies of The Celebrity Apprentice, Season 5 include Victoria Gotti, daughter of mobster John Gotti, as well as Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudace. One can only imagine the drama that will ensue between these two. I foresee extensions being ripped out.
Ex-model Cheryl Tiegs is also in the lineup, as well as comedian Lisa Lampanelli. With Lampanelli on primetime, we’re never even going to hear her voice. Everytime she talks, it’s just going to be one long beep from the NBC censors.
Pop stars Debbie Gibson and Aubrey O’Day, actresses Tia Carrere, Patricia Velasquez, and former Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza are also slated.
Some highlights on the guy’s side include Clay Aiken, Adam Carolla, and Arsenio Hall. Whoop! Whoop! Whoop! If you’re under 25, you have no idea what that means.
Former ‘Hulk’ Lou Ferrigno and George Takei of Star Trek fame will also compete, as well as Penn Jillette. Who? The dude with the ponytail who talks from that magic group Penn and Teller.
Rocker Dee Snider, racer Michael Andretti and Paul Teutul, Sr. of American Chopper are also on the bill.
My money’s on Penn.
