Clay Aiken’s getting very good at being second best.

(Ooops… spoiler alert. But then again, does anyone really DVR “Celebrity Apprentice?”)

Finalists Arsenio Hall and Clay Aiken battled it out one last time Sunday on the C-list business competition show. But in the end, Hall came out on top.
I know exactly one thing about “Celebrity Apprentice” and it’s that Donald Trump is on it.

However, after watching Sunday’s episode where comedienne Lisa Lampanelli gets in a total b-tch fight with former Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza, I’m definitely going to start watching. But mostly because my cable package got rid of Oxygen, so I can’t watch “Bad Girls Club” anymore.
Don't MISS out on Breaking News!
Celebrity Apprentice is back on TV, and it's “bigger and better” than ever. According to Donald Trump, at least. With 18 celebrities, it's definitely bigger. But will it be better?

After watching last night's premiere episode and talking to some of the contestants, it just may be.

First of all, there's Adam Carolla. Having a comedian on the show should mix well with contestants like Lou Ferrigno, Victoria Gotti, and Clay Aiken.
The Celebrity Apprentice’ announced their season 5 lineup on Wednesday, and cast highlights include Arsenio Hall, Aubrey O’Day, Penn Jillette (of Penn and Teller), Victoria Gotti, and perpetual jokester Adam Carolla.

Hollyscoop caught up with Adam, Aubrey and Penn to see what we can expect when the season premieres on February 12. Adam gave us his approach for dealing with his notoriously intimidating boss, Donald Trump.

“I thought it would be fun to make some jokes,” Carolla told Hollyscoop, adding that he often made wisecracks during boardroom meetings, not taking them seriously.
The new cast of ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ has just been revealed, and as you’re reading these names, just remember: this is why Donald Trump didn’t run for President. So he could make sure the people get what they really want: celebrity drama.

"I just think we have a major group of celebrities, and we have a very iconic group," says Donald Trump. "This is the best cast we've ever had, the biggest cast, and it's going to be special."

The ladies of The Celebrity Apprentice, Season 5 include Victoria Gotti, daughter of mobster John Gotti
The lineup for this season’s Celebrity Rehab has been announced, and Michael Lohan is probably the most exciting celeb. Lohan is going on the show to get help with his anger management. So that should be fun.

A source told Radaronline.com, “Michael is absolutely 100% sober. He hasn't been using drugs or alcohol, but he is being treated for anger management issues. Michael has tremendous admiration for Dr. Drew Pinsky, and was given this opportunity to better himself, and he took it.”

Also in the lineup are former NY Mets pitcher Dwight Gooden, Bai Ling, Jeremy Jackson, and "White House crashers" Tareq and Michaele Salahi. The Salahis are already on the “Real Housewives of DC”, so I’m guessing Pinsky is treating them for an addiction to being on mediocre reality shows.

Dr. Drew, who recently commented on Charlie Sheen’s “bipolar” behavior, says he's "frightened" for him. Charlie Sheen responded, "Tell him he's a fool. I've never even met this mutt. Adios, clowns."

You knew we couldn't end this without a Charlie quote.

Calling all mistresses--Donald Trump wants you!

Tiger Wood's original mistress Rachel Uchitel has been offered a gig by The Donald.

According to TMZ, Donald personally called Rachel three weeks ago and offered her a spot on the show because he thinks she's "awesome." Wonder how Donald's longtime friend Tiger feels about this?!

Apparently Rachel thinks Donald is just as awesome because she said she would "Absolutely" do it. Of course she would, what else is she going to do with her life?
Bret Michaels has had one hell of a year--in the past two months he's suffered a brain hemorrhage and a stroke, but that didn't stop him from appearing on the season finale of Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice and winning.

His amazing return proved that he’s as “RockSolid” as the Apprentice team he competed on. And the Donald was impressed!

Donald mentioned on the show that he had spoken to Bret's doctors, and “they didn’t want you to be here tonight. At all. Believe me, not at all.”

Donald then asked, “Are you risking your life being here? This is a lot of pressure.”

“Lately it seems like me just standing up is risking my life,” said Bret, which got the audience laughing.

The Donald told Bret he's hired and he won $250,000, which he will donate to the American Diabetes Association.

Right before the finale Donald spoke about Bret's ambition and recovery and said, "He has really turned out to be a great character. He's going through a very hard time. He went back into the hospital... They found a hole in his heart and he's really been fighting. He's a great fighter. During the show, I realized what a tough guy he was - when I first met him, I didn't know him... He really did a great job."

Congrats Bret--you're truly an inspiration!

Khloe Kardashian may have gotten fired from Celebrity Apprentice, but she's not going quietly.

Khloe took to her blog to slam Donald Trump for firing her not for her work ethic, but for her DUI arrest last year.

"It wasn't because of my work ethic, it wasn't because I was slacking," Khloe writes, "It was because of my DUI. I don't think I should have been fired for that reason alone. I just wish Mr. Trump would have handled the situation a little differently."

Her sister Kim Kardashian even jumped to her defense on her own blog, writing: "I was a little disappointed at how she was given the boot," she writes.

"She obviously made an awful mistake but definitely has taken responsibility for her actions and we are all very proud of her."

Technically, she really shouldn't have been fired for something that happened before she joined the cast of the show.

Don't they do background checks for all shows? It's a little hard to believe that the Donald was in the dark about her DUI until last week. What are your thoughts?
