Multiple medications were found at the scene, including Motrin, insulin and clonazepam, which is an anti-convulsive. But no cocaine or alcohol detected in her system at the time of her death.
The report also notes that she has a history of "possible excess use of Nyquil."
As Hollyscoop previously reported, Casey died from diabetic ketoacidosis, a state of severe insulin deficiency. While Casey's death could have been prevented, medical sources note that she didn't take care of herself.
She was found several days after she actually died.

She passed away at the age of 30 shortly after the New Year and the media started to speculate that drugs were the cause of death.
Her toxicology reports are finally in and according to the L.A. Coroner, she died of "natural causes."
The specific cause of death was "diabetic ketoacidosis," a condition caused by a shortage of insulin, according to a coroner statement via People magazine.
She simply wasn't taking care of herself. She was not taking her insulin shots, was not exercising, and didn’t follow a healthy diet kept skipping crucial medications that were needed to keep her diabetes under control.
Johnson had suffered from severe diabetes since childhood, which prompted her family to set up the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Johnson left behind her adopted daughter, Ava, 3, who will live with Casey's mother Sale "for the foreseeable future," according to a family source.
As tragic as her passing was, we're glad to hear drugs were not a factor in her death. We've already lost too many people to overdoses!

She grew up in the Hollywood circle with friends like Paris and Nicky Hilton, Nicole Richie and Bijou Phillips, but aside from being a Johnson, no one knew much about her.
Star magazine has uncovered her final interview in which she talks about how she tried to succeed in this world but went "nowhere." She also talks about her jealousy of her BFF Paris Hilton.
"It's been a total nightmare for me," Casey said in a heart-breaking interview, in which she candidly talked about personal failures and her dislike for her mother. "I really have tried to be a success...and it's all gone nowhere. I'm a mess over it."
She also spoke of her jealously of Paris, telling Star: “She’s my best friend, and I love her. But I hate that she has everything and everything has gone her way.”
Casey may have been jealous of Paris claiming "everything has gone her way," but in Paris' defense, she build her own empire and created a multi million dollar brand using her last name as her platform. Casey could have easily done the same.
Paris had originally asked Casey to be her partner in crime on The Simple Life, but Casey said no for some reason. If she had taken the part, we probably wouldn't know who Nicole Richie was right now. She most likely wouldn't be with Joel Madden and certainly wouldn't be the mother of two. Interesting how things work out.

Little Ava has been staying with Casey's mother Sale ever since Casey lost custody of her a few months ago. And now the family is trying to figure out how they're going to explain to Ava that she's never going to see her mom again.
"My mum's trying to figure out the best way to explain it," Casey's sister, Jaime tells People magazine. "She's teaching Ava about angels right now."
Meanwhile, crazy Tila Tequila claims she's going to file for custody of little Ava, even though she barely knows the child.
"Her last wish was to have Ava, have me have Ava," Tila told Extra, adding that she's going to file adoption paperwork soon.
No one in their right mind would even consider handing a child over to Tila Tequila, so we're willing to bet her chances of getting Ava are really slim. The whole situation is just really sad. The Johnson's lost a daughter and now Ava is left without a mother. So tragic.

The train wreck that is Tila Tequila is planning on seeking custody of Casey Johnson's two year old adopted daughter Ava.
Although Tila probably only met Ava once or twice, she's convinced that Casey would want her to take care of her daughter. "Her last wish was to have Ava, have me have Ava," she told Extra, adding that she's going to file adoption paperwork soon.
Casey wasn't even fit to be a mother. She lost custody of her daughter to her own parents, who are now raising Ava.
So how does Tila know Casey wants her to take care of her daughter? Apparently Casey has been communicating with Tila through her dreams. "She's not resting in peace right now. She has come to me in my dreams," Tila explains.
The Johnson family wouldn't even allow Tila at their daughter’s funeral, does she really think they'll just hand over their granddaughter to her? Someone needs to shove a sock in Tila's mouth and cut her internet connection. This crazy loon is really starting to irritate us. If she was the last woman on earth, Ava would still be better off alone.

The small, private gathering included Nicky Hilton, who is the godmother to Johnson's young daughter Ava, reports People magazine.
Casey was found dead inside her Los Angeles home on January 4th. We're still waiting on toxicology reports but initial reports suggest she fell into a diabetic coma. She was also taking various prescription medications.
Casey's "fiance" Tila Tequila wasn't invited to her funeral--and we don't blame the Johnson's for not wanting her there. After asking for "privacy" to mourn the loss of her fiance, Tila tweeted at least 160 times about Casey in the days following her death.
In lei of flowers, donations in Johnson's memory can be made to the Casey Johnson Memorial at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Rest in peace Casey!

On it you can hear a woman call in and tell the dispatcher, “I have somebody who I believe has just died in my guesthouse.”
The caller is never identified, but it can be assumed that it’s the woman who owns the home in which Johnson was staying prior to her death.
The woman continues giving information to the dispatcher, telling the man, "She's ice cold and her hands are turning blue. I have two other people with me and we all think she's dead."
At one point the authorities ask about the possibility of a suicide, and the woman responds, "I don't know if it's a suicide. Very often, her medications get all screwed up. It's probably because of that."

Ava has been living with Casey's mom, Sale, for the past few months because Casey was reportedly 'unfit' to take care of her during her last months, and that's exactly where she'll remain.
According to sources at TMZ, Ava will now live with Sale along with her husband Ahmad Rashad. Casey's sisters will also help raise Ava.
It's unclear if the Johnson's will file paperwork to officially adopt Ava, but why wouldn't they? She's the last tie they have to the daughter they lost too early.

Nicky is godmother to Casey’s daughter Ava, and had been childhood friends of the heiress.
Nicky and Bijou arrived to the home at 2PM Wednesday, and, after a complaint was made about a verbal dispute, police showed up to the scene.
For some odd reason, Tila believed the girls were taking the dogs and putting them to sleep! She told paparazzi on the scene. "They don't care about the dogs. They are putting them to sleep to bury with Casey."
When asked if there was any plan to bury the dogs with Johnson, Bijou replied, "No."
But Tila didn’t stop there. She twittered several times, saying, "It's TRUE! They Took OUR DOGS (mine&Casey's) to Put them to Sleep So to Burry the Dogs with Casey! SICK!"
She later added, "Those girls are HEARTLES & RUDE ... They had NO RIGHT 2 bombard my home the way the did & so I called Police! Casey lived w/me & those dogs are mine!"
"I guarantee that those poor little doggie has been put to sleep as I type this. I took care of them. Her family abandoned her for 5 years!" she wrote. "If any1 is an animal lover like me, putting a dog to sleep before it's time is just wrong & that's what they did."
“They are trying to keep me quiet right now, but next week I will tell u what they dont want u 2 know."
Knowing how much Nicky’s sister Paris Hilton loves animals, we highly doubt they’re taking the dogs to put them to sleep! Sounds like Tila needs to chill out and stop twittering for a minute!

TMZ has uncovered facts about her financial status, and it’s not pretty. Within the last few months, Johnson was sued for not making lease payments on a Porsche and lost a five-figure lawsuit to a nanny service.
According to the documents, Johnson was sued by Porsche in September 2009 for failing to make the $2,300.47/month lease payments on her 2009 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S during the months of June, July and August 2009. The car was taken away from her in December.
In addition, the Elizabeth Rose Agency filed a lawsuit in August 2009 claiming Johnson owed them money. The agency won a judgment in December for $20,189.35.
That’s two pretty big hits on Casey in December alone! And on top of that, we hear the Johnson family had been very concerned about Casey’s partying ways lately.
According to Radar Online, Casey had trouble sleeping and would often be up all night reportedly ordering prescription medication over the internet and trying to find way to sleep. She would also sleep a lot during the day.
The source continues, saying that before Casey had her daughter Ava taken away from her, she would wake her up in the middle of the night to play. Her family allegedly knew about her drug problems, including the use of cocaine, and wanted her to go to rehab.
They should have had an intervention! Obviously Casey had some major problems! It seems like too much was just swept under the rug.
