Casey Aldridge is finally out of the hospital after his truck accident, but now he has to deal with the legal implications of that night.

After the crash, Casey was charged with careless operation of a vehicle after he drove his car off the road and into a ditch on April 26th.

Jamie Lynn Spears' baby daddy Casey Aldridge was released from the Mississippi hospital he was recovering at, after suffering injuries following his car accident last weekend.

"Casey got home today, and he's doing really well," a source told People.

Jamie Lynn Spears' baby daddy Casey Aldridge is said to be on the road to recover following his car accident and has been moved out of ICU.

Doctors at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss., said they plan on moving Casey out of ICU as soon as Monday, according to People magazine.

Jamie Lynn Spears' boyfriend Casey Aldridge has been hospitalized after being injured in a car accident Saturday night. According to People, Aldridge has been charged with a misdemeanor for careless operation of a vehicle.

A family source tells People Aldridge has "a cracked skull" and has been " in and out" of consciousness. However, the source says: "It's not as serious as we thought at first."
