Rumors of Chace Crawford and Carrie Underwood's relationship being on the rocks were squashed on Valentine’s Day when Chace surprised his leading lady for the occasion.

Carrie was performing a concert in Pennsylvania that night when Chace showed up to surprise her! The two had a romantic evening before Carrie had to jetset to her next location. Too cute!

I doubt it since we was in LA with her for the Grammy parties. There is a pic on the InStyle blog and he is trying to duck out of the way when a photographer is taking her pic. There is also pics of him at the Clive Davis Party. He was at the table with her and the AI people. If they were dating "others", why would he jetset back from Toronto to Hershey, PA on Valentine's Day and surprise her? He knew he would be seen at her concert by other people. He wasn't hiding.
