Call me maybe… Especially if you find my hacked naked photos!
Fresh off the news that Carly Rae Jepsen might have a sex tape out – which she has debunked at this point - more news has trickled in that there may be actual nude photos in private circulation. As you can imagine, Carly Rae would prefer to have them back.
TMZ reports that Jepsen recently alerted police that she was the victim of a computer hacker who stole naughty shots from her computer. The hacker then tried to sell the photos to various media outlets.
The said photos of the Canadian songstress have yet to surface, but nonetheless this sounds legit…
According to law enforcement, Jepsen’s people received a tip that the photos had been leaked dating back to March. Immediately the Vancouver Police Department was alerted.
Police tell TMZ that the hacking did, in fact, occur. An investigation of the saucy cyber crime is currently underway.
The perverted hacker can face a series of charges, including criminal harassment and unauthorized computer access. Authorities reportedly already have someone in mind as a suspect.
Earlier this week, a fake sex tape of Carly Rae was unleashed upon the Internet. In the video, a lookalike does some unladylike things for the camera as Katy Perry’s “E.T.” plays in the background.
Jepsen has since denied that it was her in the video, calling the rumors untrue via Twitter.
“Crazy morning. Discovered that someone put up a sex tape claiming to be me. Ridiculous. Obviously not me,” she tweeted on Monday.
