Candy Girls

With the Girls Next Door almost off the air, E! needed to fill their slot, and found just the right ladies for the job. Their new show Candy Girls was just picked up by the network, which follows the lives of background dancers for such acts as Kanye West, Outkast,Jay-Z, and Three 6 Mafia.

The girls are all clients of an agency that specializes in sending their talent to events like the Grammys, the Super Bowl, album release parties, and music video shoots.

Lisa Berger, E! executive VP of programming, says, "This series introduces E!'s entertainment-obsessed viewers to an aspect of the industry that has not previously been revealed. While these women may be recognized for their sexy personas, viewers will find there is much more to them than meets the eye."

Sounds intriguing! Candy Girls will premiere March 8th, right after the season three premiere of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Talk about a good time slot! That’s an hour of TV not to miss!
