One of the sets of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is moving from the small screen to the real estate market.

Camille Grammer has put her Malibu mansion up for sale. Fans of the Bravo! series will recognize the glamorous pad from the reality star’s appearance on the first and second seasons of the show.

After a bitter divorce and custody battle with her husband, selling off their seven shared estates will put a final nail in the drawn out split.

If you’re interested in playing “Housewife” in real life at the Malibu mansion, you’ll have to pony up some serious dough. The house is listed at a $17.9 million. According to Zillow.com, the massive number will prove to be a major profit for the couple even if they have to split it. They bought the pad in 1998 for $4.5 million, and have since renovated and expanded it.

Today, the mansion boasts an impressive four bedroom, nine bathroom layout. The size of the house is a healthy 6,645 square feet.

Other features include a guesthouse, a sitting room, a five-car garage, theater, private patio, and a rooftop deck. Neighbors of the property reportedly include Britney Spears, Mel Gibson, and James Cameron.

The house also features a custom and state of the art kitchen designed by Wolfgang Puck.

The house sits atop 4.77 acres on a property featuring lush gardens, towering trees, a tennis court, a “Monet lily pond,” private pool, and – yes- soaring views of the Pacific Ocean.

…Oh, and a dressage riding ring and a nine-stall barn to house the potential buyer’s horses.

Baller status? I would say so…
