Things are getting super serious between Cameron Diaz and her man Paul Sculfor. How serious? Let's just say he sold his LA pad and will moving into Casa de Diaz.

"Paul has given up his bachelor pad," an insider tells OK! "He moved into Cameron's home in the hills above the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. They've settled into a comfortable routine."

Another pal adds, "Cam's just about as happy as I've ever seen her!"

It's nice to hear that Cam has finally found love. She seemed so depressed with she was with Justin Timberlake. She actually smiles now!
