If there’s one thing we love more than a celeb couple, it’s a couple of celeb BFF’s. George Clooney and Brad Pitt, Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens, and Busy Philipps and Michelle Williams – Hollywood besties are the best.
We talked to Busy Philipps last night at the Hollywood premiere of Broadway play “The Book Of Mormon,” where she dished on what it’s like being besties with Michelle.
“Oh god, I don't know, just that we're friends,” Busy tells Hollyscoop, “She's great, she's my best friend, we’re buddies. We've been through thick and thin together, we still are able to make each other laugh and smile and have a great time and you know it's nice to have a BFF famous or not.”
Usually Michelle takes Busy as her +1 to every red carpet event, but Busy turned up solo to the red carpet affair to kick off “Book Of Mormon” touching down in Los Angeles.
“Book Of Mormon” is a musical-comedy romp from the “South Park” brainchildren, Matt Stone and Trey Parker. The show is a religious satire that pokes fun at, well, the Mormon religion.
Celebs that turned up to the fete included Heather Graham, Alicia Silverstone, Malin Akerman, Ali Larter, Christina Hendricks, Zoe Saldana, Neil Patrick-Harris, and Cher.
