You may have seen photos of Bruce Jenner walking around with a bandage on his nose lately and just wrote it off as more plastic surgery.
But according to TMZ’s Kardashian-Jenner family sources, it wasn’t strictly cosmetic—it was for something actually life-threatening: Bruce underwent surgery for skin cancer on his nose earlier this week.
The process required 30 stitches, doctors attribute the cancer to sun damage (If you watch "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," then you’re well aware of Bruce’s affinity for getting away from his family for a round of golf). Bandages aside, he’s recovering just fine.
Bruce also claimed that the incisions on the side of his face back in January 2012 were to treat cancerous tissue there as well.
