Anyways, her lawyers are trying to block access to TMZ from entering the courtroom during her first court appearance. That’s right, Brooke Mueller does snow when she visits the snow (Do they call cocaine “snow”? Probably not LOL WHAT’S DRUGS?).

While it was originally reported that Brooke Mueller wanted to participate in outpatient rehab, aka Druggie Day Care, it’s now confirmed that the troubled ex of Charlie Sheen has checked herself into a full-time rehab center.
Steve Honig, Mueller’s rep, told TMZ: "After further reflection and consideration, Brooke has decided to remove herself from the media spotlight and has entered a long-term in-patient treatment center where she can focus on her recovery without distraction."
Mueller has custody of her two sons with Charlie Sheen, Bob and Max, and apparently, she was considering outpatient so she could spend time with the kids.

Brooke Mueller is intent on sobering up her act so she can be a decent mom to her children, and her latest attempt at sobriety is outpatient rehab.
She will undergo random drug testing, spend her days at a rehab facility and leave each day "under expert supervision 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week." It’s like elementary school, except your teacher comes home with you. And yells at you when you pick up the crack pipe.

Brooke Mueller was charged with assault and intent to distribute drugs when she was arrested in Aspen, Colorado over the weekend. But Charlie Sheen says that Brooke would never be a drug dealer. Then again, it’s Charlie Sheen, so take that for what it’s worth.
Sheen is believed to give Brooke about $55,000 per month in child support. He told TMZ:
“With the child support I give her ... she's gonna deal drugs? Never gonna happen."
I mean, I get what he’s saying, but when you’re as drugged up as Brooke Mueller, I don’t think logic and reason really come into play very often. And anyway, it’s "intent to distribute drugs".
"Flight attendant on American reamed me out 4 playing WORDS W FRIENDS while we sat at the gate, not moving. #nowonderamericaairisbankrupt.”
It might be time for a Words With Friends intervention.
But Alec isn’t the first celeb with airplane drama, not by far. In fact, you haven’t made it in Hollywood until a flight attendant has said, “buh bye!” to you before the plane has taken off. After Duhamel refused to turn off his Blackberry, despite repeated requests by a flight attendant, he was escorted off of a flight from NYC to Kentucky. Passengers said he was “very rude” and also “taunting the attendant.” Duhamel admitted the experience was “not my favorite moment.”

After being arrested over the weekend, Brooke Mueller has reportedly been instructed by medical professionals to enter rehab for a period of “at least nine months.”
On Friday, Brooke was arrested in Aspen and charged with assault and intent to distribute drugs. She was found in possession of cocaine, and allegedly, she was planning on selling it. I guess the residuals from her guest appearances on The World According to Paris just weren’t making ends meet.
Since the arrest, Brooke has reportedly been told that she needs rehab, and spending anything less than nine months inside a rehab facility would be a “total waste.”

Apparently Mueller used her jail phone call to ask her parents to help her out but they refused. After being arrested in an Aspen, Colorado nightclub for alleged cocaine possessions and assaulting someone at the nightclub she called her parents and according to a source, “They actually wanted to leave her in jail.”
Brooke’s parents are reportedly not sympathetic to her alcohol and drug addictions.

Blair Weyer, a spokeswoman for the Aspen Police Department, confirmed to People magazine that she was taken into custody.
According to a police statement, "On Dec. 2, 2011, at approximately 11:32 p.m., officers with the Aspen Police Department were on a routine walk through at the [music venue] Belly Up, 450 S. Galena Street, Aspen when they contacted a woman who reported an assault which had taken place. The woman identified Brooke Mueller, 34, of Los Angeles, California as the aggressor.

In an interview with Wendy Williams, Charlie Sheen admitted he’s not very good at marriage or drinking, and says he’s vowed to put an end to both.
"A couple of things I don't do well - marriage and drinking. So I've quit both.”
I don’t know what’s more impressive. The fact that Charlie Sheen knows he has a problem and wants to quit, or that Wendy Williams got through this entire interview. Either way, kudos to them both.

The best and raunchiest in comedy came out this weekend to basically make fun of Charlie Sheen for several hours. Essentially, what the world has been doing since January…now done by professionals.
