BS
Current mood: pissed off
Category: Life

I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but NO ONE knows the real story and I'm really pissed that the truth didn't come out from either side. A LOT of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn't from us. John was NEVER home. He was at our house. ALL THE TIME. that should say enough…. Im not going to be out spoken right now, but If some s*** doesn't start getting straightened out, A lot of people are going to eat their words for lieing. I know all of the truth and I have back up. I never know how twisted this world could be but I'm starting to figure it out. And I'm gonna have to jump off my high road and tackle some ppl who are taking the low road. I know you guys don't understand, but you will really really soon. Keep praying. And by the way, before you judge anybody, make sure you really know them. I promise you if you were to meet my brother he would give you the shirt off his back. He's not "NICK HOGAN." AND hes not the person he plays on tv. People are so gullible now a days…

What does Brooke want? Most people who are on the outside looking in think Nick got of pretty easy considering the circumstances. Plus, he was 17 and drinking. It's called teaching him a lesson.

I could sit here and say that this is none of the public's business, but they're celebs, and that means that they have to deal with the public's opinion. The Hogans chose to be publicized. Therefore, Brooke needs to either shut herself up in her house for the rest of her life, or learn to deal with other people's opinions.

why don't you sit down and think about what nick goes through everyday because its his fault what happened to his friend! who cares how much time he has to do, he has to live a lifetime with the memories of it. & if nick was black seventeen nd from the ghetto then it would probly be the same cuz hes still famous, but this isnt about race its about fact why do black people always have to say something about fucking race?

if nick was a black seventeen year old from the getto do you think the sentence would be the same /mind you there would be car theft charges to consider

Yes, I realy think that he got off better than an "NORMAL" person. And if he "IS" going to try to make $$$$ offf of this guy that will never be normal again, then WE all need to PRAY for Nick. People who are born and raised in an famous lifestyle, are already set up for some kind of let down in there life because they have been BABIED OR TO SHELTERED all there life and think money/fame can buy them out of anything. Nick H. isn't the only famous person to screw up, but it is his best friend layingin an bed 24/7 and his life is forever changed. Nick H. will be rescued by MOMMY AND DADDY and he'll think everything is O.K. I don't watch their show anymore since I heard them phone calls!!!!!!!

I just got out of jail here in san diego. I saw that Nick got 8 months. Thats pretty rough and I feel bad 4 him. I saw people doing 8 months for stealing c.d.'s at wal mart and getting jumped for being the wrong color. No jail time is easy to do. Its a good thing Nick didnt have a public defender. Could you imagine that? He would have got a life sentence with 85%.

Ifeel so sad for both familes. All i can say is who Iam I to judge Nick Hogan. Iam sure Nick relives that day over and over in his mind so sad.

I do believe what happened was an awful thing to happen to anyone. Famous or not. I think that being famous has nothing to do with ones actions. Everyone has a reason weather it be a good or lame one for any action they do. I think everyone whom has already posted a comment is speaking before they think. I believe in a way you are all in someway jealous that they have a life, money, tv ect. I am a non believer but god has the world working the way he wants. Everything happens for a reason. No matter how Nick is acting while in jail, im most sure he has learned his lession and my prayers are with the hogan's in all that is goin on in their lives. Everything will work out and things always get harder before they get easier. Keep your head up like your nose is bleeding and.

There is enough blame to go around for a lifetime. First of all no matter what, you are going to defend your own family. If we as private (not famous) people make a mistake, we live it in front of family and a few friends, if you're a celebrity you live it in front of the world, seems like a heavy load to bear , Nick will move on with his life after serving his time in prison never forgetting this, and hopefully learning a lesson. After all is said and done John is presently serving life in prison, imprisoned in his own body, now that is a tremendous load to bear, all of his life will be missed out on, his future is already determined for him, with no second chances. I say to Nick do your best, be thankful you still have your health and do good for your friend John he would probably do the same for you...

It's really sad that someone was injured in the accident. I feel his friend is just as responsible for getting in the car with someone who was under the influence of alcohol. He is an adult. As a friend he shouldn't of let nick drive anywhere. I'm not saying that Nick doesn't deserve punishment, I believe he does. God could be the only judge to say how long he deserves.

put the loser in prison 2yrs
6:49AM 06/05/08 audrey
Yah, Nick got off easy, but where did he get the alcohol or who got it for him before the accident. They should be held responsible also. It was under age drinking. He should visit John and see him in his vegative state.

Brooke Hogan doesn't need to worry about anyone ever taking her brain - it's already gone! I am so sick of celebrities & their kids being catered to & given kid-glove treatment. The court should have given more thought to who the real victims are - it's not the Hogan family. They should be thankful their son is not in jail for 3-5 years. A regular person would be. Man up Nick - quit acting like a baby.

Brooke and the rest of her family are the most self centered people on the planet. Nick all but killed his friend and they do nothing but whine about poor Nick. Brooke and Nicks mom had the nerve to claim, in one of her phone calls to Nick while he is in jail, that she was the one suffering not Johns mom. This family is a prime example how fame and money can make you lose touch with reality. The whole Hogan family acts like they are above it all. If Mom Hogan and Dad Hogan were more responsible parents and taught their children there are consequences for bad behavior maybe Nick wouldnt be learning this lesson now. In stead of whining about this situation and blaming everyone else the parents need to look in the mirror and blame themselves for the mess their son is in.Who in their right mind allows a 17 yr old kid to continue drving when they already have received 2 prior tickets for going over 100 mph??? Mom and Dad Hogan should be have a jail sentence too. This is a great opportunity for Nick to learn to take responsibilty for his own actions but instead his parents and sister are doing nothing but making excuses.

yes i strongly agree with one of the comments mentioned above IMAGINE IF SOMEONE LEFT BROOKE WITHOUT HER BRAIN - and the person who did it only got 8 months in jail - do you think hulk and linda would be so understanding i don't think soo No excuse for drinking and driving
3:42PM 05/29/08 michelle
I love the hogans but they got to realise that Nick got off so lightly for what he did...most regular people would be sent away for years...he got 8 months for underage drinking, speeding and leaving his friend without a brain. I blame the parents - we saw on hogans know best that they knew he had a speeding problem and they never really addressed it - if i was caught speeding my parents would take my car away until i was 21.

my best friend was killed in a car accident because the driver was under aged and drinking...yea ppl say hes a good kid ect. still dosnt make it right that he hopped in the drivers seat of that car with his friend in the passanger....he should have known drinking and driving is wrong and 8month isnt that bad compared to wat my best friends boyfriend got wen she was killed so suck it up and get over it
11:33AM 05/27/08 Jessica
There is no excuse for drinking and driving..you break the law....then be a man a suffer the consequences....he hurt another person...even though it wasnt a long sentence he deserves what he got for what he did.

She is every bit the IDIOT that her smart ass brother is! Her liitle "spiel" about "you people don't know him" is another example of her stupidity, yes, the public knows enough about Nick from his smart ass antics and remarks while breaking the driving laws of Florida, to know he got off MUCH EASIER than us "common" folk would have! His little crybaby phone calls to "mommy" were broadcast on tv, he wanted to come across as this "billy badass stud muffin" and a week in jail has shown him for exactly what he is, a pathetic wimpy "mama's baby"! Man up Nick, you wanted to be a hard ass, well, buddyboy, YOU GOT IT!

Brooke needs to understand that Nick did something wrong and someone was hurt by it. Think about all the people that get off for doing things worse than Nick. I went through most of my life being molested by a family member and he only got 8 years...where was the justice. He (Nick)has some growing up to do and this right now, in my mind, is the best time and place. The Hogans would probably feel differently if the one that needs 24 hour care was Nick. All I can say is, put yourself in his friend's shoes, as well as his family's.
9:46AM 05/21/08 sherry
Yes i think he got off easy. Its like anyone else would have gotten a longer sentence.Famous people always have it easer, and get special treatment. It would be nice to be famous then you could get away with murder.
7:21AM 05/14/08 Lita
She is clueless. Her brother did get off easy. What a selfish bitch. His supposed friend is going to need lifetime care. I wonder what the boy's family thinks of this. I would curse her ass out.

her entire post reads of grade school mentality. i think the only lies told at the trial were by nick and his lawyers.
1:33PM 05/13/08 Candy
She said she doesn't know alot about the world and it shows. Nick got off VERY easy. If that was anybody else he sentence would have been much longer. The television isn't potraying him as having a history of speeding. He can be a nice person and still make bad decisions. He isn't the person he play on tv? I thought it's a "reality" show?!?!
