Drugs Found in Brittany Murphy's System

New developments have just come through regarding the death of Brittany Murphy.
The L.A. County Coroner has released a new report lising the drugs that were in Brittany's system when she died.

The report reads that "Multiple medications were present in the blood, with elevated levels of hydrocodone, acetaminophen, and chlorpheniramine. L-methamphetamine was also present."

However, the report wanted to make clear that the medication found in her system was all drugs used normally for someone who was trying to treat pneumonia.

The report states, "It should be noted that the pattern of use of these medications suggest treatment of symptoms of a cold or other respiratory infection. Acetaminophen and hydrocodone are components of Vicodin. Chlorpheniramine is the active ingredient in some over-the-counter medications. L-methamphetamine is a component of some inhalers."

It continues,
"The possible adverse physiological effects of elevated levels of these medications cannot be discounted, especially in her weakened state. Therefore the manner of death is Accident."

This is just so sad. It's obvious Brittany was just trying to get well. Drugs always have negative connotation when they're connected with a death, but in this case, it seems they were just a preventative measure gone wrong.
