Brittany Murphy Leaves Estate to Her Mother

Brittany Murphy's will says that she leaves her entire estate to her mother.

Murphy who died on Dec. 20 after a battle with pneumonia left her husband Simon Monjack out of her handwritten will.

This news comes to no surprise to her husband who says that Brittany drafted a formal will, along with a trust, right before they got married. At his request, the will stated, "I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will."

It seems as if though Simon has been truthful throughout this entire time. He just got a bad rap, but it is very obvious that he was in love with his wife and he misses her dearly.
