Will Britney Show Up for Court?

Everyone is anxiously waiting outside L.A. County Courthouse to see if Britney Spears will show up for her custody hearing. As we had previously mentioned, today's hearing is a very crucial one for Spears' for it will determine whether she will be able to regain visitation rights.

Sources close to Spears' say she's at the house with Adnan right now and she's not planning on leaving anytime soon.

Kevin has already arrived to court accompanied by his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. The hearing was scheduled to begin at 9:30AM. Spears' attorney's Sorrell Trope, Anne Kiley and Tara Scott are all there---but still no Spears.

"I don't know if she will be there" on Monday, Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told The Associated Press. "You can't phone this one in."

Will Britney show?? Stay tuned...

UPDATE: The first witness just took the stand and is currently being examined by Mark Vincent Kaplan. (It's the police officer that was on the scene during her meltdown).

tasha you know what i find amazing, the fact that he isn't scared of catching stds. there has got to be more to this story. he is working on a tell all. he should tell the judge what he saw her say and do to help them protect the kids and commit her. she is going to do something very bad if they don't get her on the right medication or committed to a mental health facility.
