Will Britney Lose Her Kids?

All of Britney's latest tactics may have an effect on the custody battle for her children. Britney's mother Lynne is currently in Los Angeles taking care of Sean Preston, one, and five-month-old Jayden James.

While Kevin Federline is keeping a low profile, his lawyers are keeping a record of Britney’s wild partying in a bid to portray her as a bad mother in their divorce and custody battle.

The UK Sun is reporting that Britney may draw up documents to make Lynne a legal custodian to stop K-Fed launching a legal bid to take the kids. Sources reveal, “Britney has called in her mum to make sure nobody can accuse her of neglecting her children. She is terrified that Kevin will take them.”

Briney spears was a good person i think the tension and stress on her from the media and courts are affecting he cuz of shes stressed its making her act this way if people could only leave her and let her relax im sure she would defenitley change and b a great person and a great mom!!!

brit is now in deep shit and she is finally waking up from her ongoing high since lets see last november ... kev should so get the kids, who knows how healthy they are. lynne ... the mom ...that story has already been told. kf should be in charge of the babes and brit allowed to visit 2 to 3 times a week under supervision of course, can you believe i just wrote that ... omg, lynne doesn't want to mother anymore babies she just wants to be in charge of the almighty moolaa, ka ching. and those babes have moolaa all smeared over their "stunned-by-the-paparazzi flash bulbs" faces.

Wow: Would you let Britney babysit your kid? She would kick that kid to curb just like she's kicked her own!!! I know you are a big fan but please. Your girl is a wack job with some major issues you can't blame on the media. She could have shaved her hair at home,but no, she went to a salon and did it in front of audience. Did the media make her do that? Did they make her go out without any panties? And let's not forget the time she went down on KFed on that balcony when they were dating. Did they make her do that? Obviously some people can’t differentiate sarcasm from actuality (Wow). Yes everyone is aware that K-Fed is not the greatest father/husband, but Britney is making it difficult for her to keep custody of her children. I’m not quite sure why anyone would even consider letting her keep the children she clearly has serious issues. And yes Lynne Spears is not to be blamed for her daughters antics, but you could only blame so much fault on the paparazzi.

FYI lynne spears did do a good job raising britney..britney is down to earth and one of the fewer stars that havent bad mouthed other celebrities. its the media that drove her to insanity! and for you people that think that KFED is a good father..are you guys on drugs too? this guy was partying when britney was carrying the baby..he never ONCE took care of them..just because he is keeping a low profile doing nothing does not make him a good father all of a sudden..he even forgot about his other two kids from shar when he was dating brit..he is disgusting

As of now K-Fed might as well be nominated for the Father of the Year award in comparison to Britney. Now as far the custody battle goes K-Fed’s Lawyers are opening bottles of Dome Pérignon toasting to the easiest case they have ever won. All they have to do in court is have the Judge google Britney Spears and the trial would be over in less than 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure the Judge would consider Lynn Spears since she did an amazing job raising Britney.

If Britney is unable to care for her children then the more responsible parent (Kevin) will have full custody with Britney receiving visitation. She pretty much only "visits" with them now, so she should be happy for it to work out that way.

if she was so "terrified that Kevin will take them" and called her mom in to make sure he doesn't, then why not do the responisble ADULT thing and keep your butt home with your kids instead of partying and getting high all day/night? Grow up Britney.
