MSNBC has gotten ahold of some video of Britney rehearsing with several backup dancers. And since it's only two days away from the VMAs, we can't help but think she may be perfecting some moves for her alleged appearance during the show opener.

Whatever the rehearsal is for, her body looks ten times better than it did last year at this time.Check out the video of Britney doing what she does best!

ewwww. Yes she has lost SOME weight but not nearly enough. She is still much too thick to be prancing around in skimpy clothing. Plus, she isn't really dancing. She is just walking around trying to be seductive instead of investing some physical maneuvers into that oh-so-familiar routine. She has a long long way to go. Hope she doesn't lose her determination, from the looks of it she is going to need it....ALOT.
