Dozens of celebrities have multi-million dollar mansions alongside the coast of Malibu, most of which have been threatened by the fire that erupted earlier this week.
Tom Cruise, Arnold Schwarzenegger, John Travolta, and Britney Spears are among some of the celebs that that have spoken of their sadness over the raging wildfire.
Britney Spears admits she feared for her Californian home after hearing news of the fires on Monday. She says, "I don't think it touched my house. I'm real scared."
John Travolta admits he was forced to fly his helicopter over the region to ensure his family were safe. He says, "All I know is the people I know are safe and I'm glad. I flew over that today and it's always a dramatic impression you get from this."
Tom Cruise added, "It's unfortunate it really is. I wish everybody well back there."
Other celebrities that own homes in the area include Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Mel Gibson, Barbra Streisand, Richard Gere, Pierce Brosnan, Olivia Newton-John and director James Cameron.
