Spears' To Lose Kids for Good?

There's no doubt that what happened at Britney Spears home last night is going to massively effect her custody battle with ex husband Kevin Federline.

The cops were called late last night to Britney's Beverly Hills home when Brit refused to hand over her children. After a three-hour ordeal, Britney was taken to the hospital for "psychiatric evaluation."

Britney's youngest son Jayden James was also taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Jayden was transported by a different ambulance than his mother but it is still unknown what the tot is being treated for.

K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan will most likely hold an emergency meeting today or early next week to determine custody arrangements for their two boys--which will probably not include Britney.

What are your thoughts? Do you think she should lose her kids for good?

UPDATE: K-Fed's attorney will go to court this morning at 8:30 AM and ask the Commissioner to strip Britney of her visitation rights.

Okay--time to stop the madness. Britney has massive mental problems and refuses treatment. Jayden and Sean are two little innocent children who need to be protected from a mentally unstable parent. I hope this serves as a wake-up call to the judge and he rules that Britney stay away from those children until their mother gets the help she needs--and I'm not talking about a quick stint in a rehab facility. She needs real help and couple of months away from those boys!

Please just leave her alone. She is obviously sick and needs to be committed. The coverage of her only fuels this. I hop and pray for her children someone one will take the decisions out of her hands.

Of course take the kids away! I'm sick of hearing that Britney has lost her mind, or has something, anything, that isnt just a normal case of being born stupid. Her success so far has only been 'cause of a good management, but as she has grown up she has had to take on more responsibility by herself, which someone as stupid as her hasnt been able to handle. She should lose visitation. JJ was sent to the hospital because of this madness. And where was the monitor? Was she wasted/stoned before the kids came or while they were there? Why didn't the monitor cancel the visit? She has missed drug tests & depositions. It's time for the judge to stop kissing her ass and lay down the law. Drugs or your kids.

The difference between Britney and millions of people in America going through this are her millions of dollars. It's apples and oranages. Her wealth has made her arrogant and judge's leniency has only made it worse. It's time to make it clear to her that she is not above the law and if she's not a good mother (and she's not), she shouldn't have access to the kids. Period.

I remember DTE and I had a conversation once on here about whether or not a parent with apparent mental problems should be allowed to be around their children especially if it is known that the said parent isn't taking their meds properly at all times. I had said that the children shouldn't be around that said parent while DTE said that they should because it can all be controlled by taking their meds. Well this just proves my point that unless the parent has taken responsibility for their mental problems and trying their hardest to control them, the kids can get hurt in the process. Brit NEEDS to be stripped of all vistation until she undergoes rehab for her drug problems that she uses to help mask her obvious mental problems and while in rehab, she MUST undergo therapy for her mental problems and monitored prescription meds to help control it.

They took her son to check if he had drugs in his system. She is being held for a 3 day psych evaluation which I predict will be a diagnosis of Bipolar II disorder. I hope she takes the meds, then she will be "normal" like the rest of us.

OMFG When is someone going to put a stop to her? OK They have her in the hospital, DO NOT RELEASE THE BITCH!!! She may be an "adult" BUT somewhere, somehow someone has to lock her ass up to get all the PROPER treatment and her ass stays there, doesn't see the boys, gets striped of her life until shes been clean for months, she is under a proper amount and suitable for her mental problems of medications. I don't give a damn if this woman dies, she is choosing her path, but those two boys are being and have been scared since the moment they were born, and that ass of a judge keeps giving her le-way. I understand a mother being in a child's life is important, but she is no mother. Just cause she gave birth doesn't make her a mommy any more then a man getting every other woman prego makes him a daddy. OMG as a mother to 3 and a step mother to 2 I would just love to slap the hell out of that woman til I knocked some damn sense into her...grrrr she pisses me off. Poor little boys.

Hey Miss Thang: DTE swore up & down Brit wasn't on drugs because she "passed" her drug tests. I tried to tell her a drug addict can pass a urine test. There are all kind of ways to do that. And that's what she did. But now the hospital is going to take blood tests and we'll see what she's on. Visits should stop now. Reports are she locked herself in the bathroom with the boys. It's a miracle something tragic didn't happen. What if she had a gun?

I have never done drugs, but I am sure I could go and take some, go in and have a urine test and pass with flying colors. Someone would teach me how. I have a neighbor whose friend came by and asked her to pee in a ziploc baggie so she could stick it somewhere to keep it body temp and pass a drug test. Where theres a will theres a way. I'm sure Britney has more then a few people to pee in a ziploc for her stuck somewhere!!!

Tasha, I was thinking the same thing. Thank God she didn't have a gun because she would had killed her kids first and then she more than likely would NOT had killed herself because she "couldn't pull the trigger". That is how Britney feels. She feels it is okay to harm her kids just as long as she gets what she wants for herself. But you and i both know that many Brit idolizers fought tooth and nails over the fact that she "wasn't" doing drugs and it was all "mental problems". Anyone who has taken a few Psych classes, has a degree in Psych, or has been around anyone with mental disorders knows that drugs and MD's goes hand and hand.

I think she should lose her kids for good. Also, think of all the trouble she is going through she doesn't really need all of these videos on youtube and articles in magazines. I mean it's nice to know this stuff but who really needs to know. It is her life. The way she is living it is bad i know, but she has the freedom of choice to live it without everything happening to her!

I PERSONALLY THINK SHE WANTS TO LOSE HER KIDS AND SHE DOES THINGS THINKING THEY WILL TAKE THEM AWAY FROM HER AND THEY KEEP GIVING HER ONE MORE CHANCE. I'd love to know what is really going on cause none of us actually know what put her over the edge. But i reckon she's had mental problems since being pregnant, could be postnatal depression..i know people that have had it, plus around that time KFed was being a w*nker, and she didnt know how to cope with marraige breakup and had fallen out with her family. Too much happened in a short space of time, she definitely needs to sort herself out, I like her and hope she does, but yeah she is a fool cause she is defo going to loose the boys now..there are plenty of people going through the same thing all over the world and because she is famous we are only watching her. There is not enough help for people with mental health problems.

Ok I have read story after story as the media would like the readers to see and judge? I am so tired of these young Hollywood Stars trying to make it and they all seem to get caught up with the same situation, the pressure of being seen and accepted in the Industry has caused them to either follow where the $$$ is promised or follow where the party scene is which will always get them seen and heard of but in a negative way??? It is to accessable for these young stars and they are so exploited at such a young age that they only see what is presented to them by there older peers ( Shame on them, all about $$$ )which tell them this is the way to go to make it to the top??? What is the top??? So you reach the top and you go over the edge and lose your self respect but the managers, producers, directors and gossip column's get there story and now you are out and the next generation is in??? You are a has been??? Very tradgic and sad when there are children involved!!! They are followed by camera's every step they take, they shop, they get paid to promote lines and stores and they promote Clubs all for $$$ for the Club Owners and it all sounds great when the pay check comes in but they lose themselves over the money and noone cares for you, I can see how it looks good for you but they ALL take advantage for there own GREED??? I just feel that all around them including family, spouses are all expoiting them!!! K-Fed is SCUM!!! He is living off the negative gossip/publicity in order to have his attorneys to not only get the children from her but to ask for more $$$...Get a life and support yourself you are a NOBODY!!! You are only hurting the children instead of helping Brittany you go to the Hospital to see her condition so your attorney can ask for full custody the very next day??? I agree with everyone comments. If she were a regular Joe blow - our asses would have had our kids taken away along time ago and we'd be in jail, I mean how many court appearances has she missed! But since she is rich, she gets more chances, has more excuses and its just insane that this has gone on this far. I agree that Judge is kissing her ass, so obvious...I wish he would care more about her innocent sons. It just makes me so mad...but she cares more about her drugs and alcohol then anything else. I can't believe their saying she had a blood test and she came up clean. You can tell in the pictures she's on something, it isn't rocket science. I really feel for those kids! Just because Brittney Spears is famous doen't mean every bit of her privacy should be violated. What all you people don't think about is what she is going through is personal and very difficult.Try to put yourself in her shoes (all the way). It is her life,her children,her mess,her problem. She is a really sexy and hot girl..It seems that she has a personal account at a military&admirer dating club with her pictures and blog. She is so popular there. Her photos on that site "wealthybeauty.com" I hope I were her, thus I can date those hot guys there...LOL..wish she make it ,she is always in style . no matter what things happened , we should stand by sb. but who cares it is true or not ?
