This girl just can't catch a break. The Spears/K-Fed custody battle is just about to start and
Britney Spears' lawyer Laura Wasser will submit legal papers to formally withdrawing as Spears' attorney, according to
TMZ.
Spears' new lawyer will be high-profile attorney, Marci Levine.
Surprisingly, Wasser was able to get Spears' 50/50 custody of her kids, but that might fly this time around considering K-Fed wants 70/30 custody...let the custody war begin!
In other Britney news, ET has several reliable sources that the FBI and LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on K-Fed's life. When ET contacted the FBI, they were told the bureau cannot confirm or deny an investigation.
