Spears Loses Her Lawyer - Britney Spears

This girl just can't catch a break. The Spears/K-Fed custody battle is just about to start and Britney Spears' lawyer Laura Wasser will submit legal papers to formally withdrawing as Spears' attorney, according to TMZ.

Spears' new lawyer will be high-profile attorney, Marci Levine.

Surprisingly, Wasser was able to get Spears' 50/50 custody of her kids, but that might fly this time around considering K-Fed wants 70/30 custody...let the custody war begin!

In other Britney news, ET has several reliable sources that the FBI and LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on K-Fed's life. When ET contacted the FBI, they were told the bureau cannot confirm or deny an investigation.

I know Britney's made more than her fair share of mistakes,but I do feel sorry for her,after all she is only human.I think if people keep giving her a hard time,it's gonna get the best of her.I for one don't think it's fair to drive someone so far over the edge that it may eventually lead her to a serious breakdown and possibly even suiside.I think it's time to lay off,afterall I wouldn't want to be the cause of someone doing that and when it's done it's too late to turn back the clock.

I truly find this hard to believe! TMZ has said this before. Why would a laywer drop a client that she is clearly going to make money with. It is not like she is there because of DUI or DWI or she is in trouble with the police. This is a custody case! I am sure the whole thing would go away if Britney would just fork over the big bucks to Kevin because that is all he wants and I dont care what anyone says.
