Spears Family vs. Lutfi - Britney Spears

This Spears vs. Lutfi drama keeps getting nastier and nastier. Britney's parents are going to court to gain control over their daughter’s health and financial assets.

The Spears family is concerned over Sam Lutfi's influence over their daughter. They want the court to create a conservatorship, which would allow both Jamie and Lynne to make medical decisions on behalf of Britney.

The conservatorship would also give them power over her financial affairs but they are planning on hiring a third party financial consultant, to avoid media speculation that they are interested in spending Britney's money.

They should be at court around 11:15AM so stay tuned for more details!

AJ if you read my last post you would notice that I acknowledge that I made a mistake on who slapped who with the divorce and for who's living in cave that would be you. Hello!!! K-Fed was a deadbeat who took advanture of what he could get out of Spears(ie.money, cars,etc.) when they were married he should of not cheated on Spears. He had a good thing going for him and he fucked it up by cheating on her or did forget. He deserves worst then a fucken text message saying she wants a divorce. Hey I'm not trying to get caught in the crossfire, but Brit is the one who filed for the divorce. She texted him and he was being taped while he read it. You don't remember Rosie's confetti celebration? The Fedex jokes? He was so pissed he refused to her attempts to reconcile. He wasn't the greatest husband but you can't humilate your spouse like that and expect your marriage to make it. When she realized her little power play blew up in her face and it was really over between them, that's when she really went downhill.

If that was true Melanie she would be more then willing to cooperate when it came to the custody battle. For some reason(which it would make sense to be the reason of her parents divorce and the bad memories that came with it) she can not handle this divorce and the proof of that is her having to be checked into UCLA for treatment. She was stupid, but fine(mentally) when she was married to K-FED and doing the right things by being a proper parent, but then she is getting a divorce and mental breakdown. I think Sam has done a GREAT job of trying to look like the wonderful caring friend, all the while continuing to brainwash Britney against her parents. You can hear the desperation in his comments. He is desperately trying to keep Britney under his control w/ his mind games. This guy is seriously SICK. I have no doubt he is quite responsible for much of the turmoil Britney is now facing in life. THANK GOD HER PARENTS ARE TAKING THE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO KEEP THIS CONARTIST AWAY FROM THEIR DAUGHTER!!!! Once she gets her head back on straight, she will clearly see that yet again she was taken advantage of which is the absolute saddest part of all of this. I agree Tasha that she had problems before Sam Lutfi and that he was using her like everyone else does. I think her problems go as far back as to when she was a kid, but I think the problems dramatically showed up when Kevin filed for a divorce because it goes back to her memories of her father and mothers divorce. I think it's a good think that she is trying to get help and do the right thing.

I don't think Sam is to blame for her problems. She's been in trouble and had major problems before he came into the picture. But he was taking advantage of the situation and lining his pockets no doubt. Both he & Adnan were like buzzard hovering over weak prey. Down To Earth I think he's a contributor to some of her issues, but I honestly think he's not the only reasons for her downfalls. When Britney's parents got divorced it affected her greatly and I think is still affecting her till this day and I think that is some reasons why she does not want to show up to her court appointments, because she can not face Kevin wanting a divorce from her, but what should be her concern more is what type of relationship that she is missing out on with her kids.
