Something Fishy Going On In Britney's World

There is definitely something fishy going on in this Britney Spears case and I have a feeling Sam Lutfi has something to do with it. Britney has hired a new lawyer, whom she’s only spoken on the phone with. She apparently called him and asked him to rep her so she can get control of her life back.

Her new lawyers name is Jon Eardley, and his rep happens to be Michael Sands. Sands also reps Sam Lutfi. Coincidence? I think not! According to x17, Britney spoke to Jon on Saturday night saying, "I want my life back; I want to be able to drive my car; I want to be able to live in my house by myself. I want to say who is going to be my security guard. I want to see who I want to see at any time and make it happen."

This same attorney filed paperwork to have Britney’s conservatorship case moved from state to federal court.

This just goes to show you that Sam definitely has some communication with Britney Spears. How much of a coincidence is it that Britney hired a lawyer who then hired Sam Lutfi’s spokesperson? If they’re trying to be slick, they need to try a little harder.

My question is this, how is a court going to grant a conservatorship without appointing a lawyer to represent a person? Even children are given attorney's to make sure their rights are not trampled. Any adjudication that goes against a person should not be valid if they did not have an attorney to represent their best interest.

there is definitly something about all this but it's a good thing her father and brother is in charge of her life at least for now.but i pray she doesn't act stupid.i think her father should get a lawyer for her himself that way brit won't be manipulated by that doucebag osama lufti.

ok, i call bullshit on all this about Britney hiring this Jon Eardley guy. There is no way she can hire or fire any lawyers because she is under the conservatorship. I think that Sam Lutfi is the one making the bigass deal about all this. Or maybe Jon Eardley is just trying to be all up in the mix and throw his name up in the Britney cases for publicity. I hope that Britney isn't in contact with Sam anymore. Doesn't she see that he's only after her money. shes just brainwashed. I love Brit. Team Britney

Britney's doctor wanted her to stay in the hospital as did some of the other doctors, but was released because someone thought she was no longer a danger to herself even though she was still classified as Gravely Disabled. This news is actually a little behind, and yes, it is fishy as this lawyer is represented by Michael Sands also the spokesperson for Osama Lutfi (just why does Lutfi even need a spokesperson?) Now, Alli Simms is saying she has talked to Britney as Britney texted her to meet with her in a dressing room at Fred Segal.(Alli of course IS still in touch with Lutfi and is thought to be a go between, so to speak between Lutfi and Britney)Alli had about 10 minutes with Britney before being found out.The whole thing is just a big disaster. It seems that Britney is just plotting to get back to her old lifestyle . I feel bad for her poor dad.If this is in fact the case, Britney deserves to end up with nothing...period.

I think that Sands guy was a plant Sam had or somehow got to in K-Fed's camp. It's mighty funny how Kaplan let him go one day and the next he is repping Sam? Either way, Britney cannot hire anyone to represent her at this time - does the Commish need to say that how many times before it sinks into Sam's head? I think it's he who misses the publicity, not Brit. And who says the "new" lawyer talked to Brit? It could have been anyone.

i dont think that they've put such restrictions on her. at first they said that she wasnt allowed to use the phone but in the pics from saturday night she has a phone in her hand. or if she is so bad with her dad why were they out to dinner together? her dad has done good for her regardless fo what anyone says. i agree with you tasha, she would have been dead in 3 months if her dad ddnt step in

Britney spoke to Adam Streisand about trying to get out of the conservatorship. But he couldn't represent her because of it. So I do believe she wants out of it. Britney is not in a mental hospital like your friend's patients. She was deemed well enough to be released. I just think it is really scary that a court can decide when to take over your estate and you have no say whatsover. Like I said before what if she wants professional financial advisors in charge of her money instead of dad and her brother. Is that just too damn bad?

Ever think maybe the lawyer is lying about ever talking to Britney. He is reping Sam. The court has already said Britney is not of sound mind to hire an attorney so its all irrelevant anyways. I highly doubt her father isn't allowing her to watch tv. She must have one in her bedroom. Some of the things being said sound like blatant lies. They said her father is holding her as a prisoner in her house. We've seen Britney out at the dance studio, out shopping, out with Adnan, and out to dinner with dad. Thats hardly being held prisoner. My friend works in social services with people just like britney with bipolar and other mental illnesses and she is their conservator. She handles their money and everyday living things. The spend their lives in and out of hospitals just like we've seen Britney. Nothing is any different with britney then the patients she handles.

Hear me out before you drop kick me. If the hospital says she is ok enough to be released, how can her dad continue to have control over her? Why her dad and brother in charge of her money and not financial portfolio professionals? I know she has driven her life into the ground, a lot of people have. I read somewhere he is even controlling her tv viewing and internet use. That's enough to piss me off right there.
