Sam Wants Britney To Take the Stand

Certified douche bag Sam Lutfi wants Britney Spears to help him overturn the restraining order that was issued against him last month.

Apparently Sam contacted Britney via a third party (Ali Sims??) to in order to get the restraining order lifted and get her back under his control.

"I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her," Sam reportedly said. "I am innocent. I am Britney's friend and would never hurt her."

Based on his past, that’s pretty hard to believe. If he were her "friend" he wouldn't be drugging her in order to control every aspect of her life.

The circus is due back in court on March 17.

Lutfi was served. He was in hiding until he thought the order was no longer valid, but the judge had reinstated it as being valid and he was served outside his apartment.Lutfi is desperate to control Britney and he will do anything to slither back into her life, he doesn't care who he hurts or destroys. It's all about the power and control over her.I doubt that Britney is or will be in any shape to testify for him. She did not even go to court to testify for her boys.He is bleeding Britney dry with all of these court cost racking up.

Not only that but is he served? Cause if he is served with the restraining order then he's not allowed within what a hundred her? I think this would be voliating that restraining order and it's probably his way of being able to get into the same room as her. They really do need to lock this guy up and throw away the fucken key.

Britney is under the care of a psychologist and was deemed unable to hire a lawyer for herself so she diffinitely wouldn't be deemed able to know what the hell was going on with Sam when he was her svengali. I doubt if any testimony from Britney would be allowed. The court would probably throw this case right out just like they did the lawyer trying to get this moved to federal court.
