Douchebag of the year Sam Lutfi is finally (and officially) out of Britney Spears' life.

Lutfi has decided against fighting the restraining order that was issued against him back in February.

He was due in court this morning to have the order overturned but he never showed up. He probably figured it’s a lost cause at this point. Lutfi already has two other restraining orders against him. Looks like third times the charm!
