Sam Lutfi Files Appeal to Restraining Order

Why can’t Sam Lutfi just leave Britney alone?! He’s just filed an appeal against the restraining order that was just granted against him.

He was ordered to say away from Britney Spears for three years. But apparently he’s not done messing with her life.

Lutfi’s lawyer Bryan Freedman said, “Never before in the history of the world has a restraining order been granted as a result of someone answering someone else’s cries for help.”

Freedman added, “The evidence showed it was Britney Spears reaching out to Mr. Lutfi and all he did was help her get a lawyer.”

Sam Lutfi is obviously playing the martyr role right now. We don’t know who to believe, but he was never a good influence on Britney. So we hope the judge doesn’t change his stance on the issue!
