Britney's sidekick Sam Lufti is currently at K-Fed's lawyers office for his deposition.
Lufti will apparently be questioned about Brit's custody battle and whether or not him and Spears have arrangements with photo agency x17. Lufti has reportedly been banking off paparazzi photos of Britney and even tips them about her whereabouts.
