Just when we thought things were looking peachy between
Britney Spears and her agent boyfriend Jason Trawick, drama rears its ugly head.
According to
The Insider, Britney popped the question to her beau on Friday night down in Sydney, Australia, where the two have been while she’s on tour.
Apparently Jason’s response isn’t what Britney was hoping for—he turned her proposal down, and reportedly hopped on a plane back to LA!
A source says, “She is in love with the idea of marriage. She has been married only twice but has proposed to many more.”
Later that night at her last Sydney show, Britney addressed the crowd before singing “Toxic,” asking, “Have you ever really loved somebody? Have you ever really been hurt by somebody?”
Could there be trouble in paradise? We really liked Britney and Jason together! Hopefully he just got weirded out, and they can sort things out once they’re back in the U.S. He’s the perfect guy for her—drama free, and great with her kids!
