Press Preparing for Britney's Death

Britney Spears' wild antics, mental breakdowns and personal struggles have gotten so out of hand that The Associated Press has begun preparing her obituary. If that isn't a wake up call for Britney, then she's beyond help.

"We are not wishing it, but if Britney passed away, it’s easily one of the biggest stories in a long time," AP entertainment editor Jesse Washington tells Us Weekly.

"I think one would agree that Britney seems at risk right now," Washington adds. "Of course, we would never wish any type of misfortune on anybody and hope that we would never have to use it until 50 years from now…but if something were to happen, we would have to be prepared."

Isn't that the saddest thing? I would understand having an obituary ready for an 80 year-old but Britney's only 26! So sad!

i listened to that interview and everything seemed really normal..even her.. nothing seemed out of place... maybe most of this really is just media..

Sad ? you guys think it's sad ? I think that show how much people want her to get better. i don't care everybody does it but she's a young woman who is going through a hard time and have children. She WON'T kill her self!Paparazzi are going to kill her by chasing her just like diane.

They always do obituaries of really big celebrities in advance, and keep them up to date from time to time, so this is no surprise. I think the difference is that they're probably doing not just an obituary for her, but a whole magazine-length article on "What Went Wrong" complete with a photo catalogue. You know that would be the highest selling magazine ever...

I think to publicize that they are PREPARING an obit is wrong. OK, do it on the DL. Don't announce it to the world you're doing it. Damn people. She is someones Daughter, Mother and Sister!!!!

um everyone just needs to freakin relax and lay off brittany i feel horrible for her as a person. i dont agree with everything she is doing to herself, but i feel absolutley sad for her in this condidtion she is in right now. how would everyone feel if this was their life and people were waitng for them to die?

thats is said mabey if every one in the world gave britney a braek that might help her i mean there something about her on tv all of the time and most of the time its not good news othere times there makeing fun her and its just really low pople have nothing better to do but to pick on the stears where it makeing up lies and puting theme on the cover or a meavizen so pople will bye it if your going to put something there it migth as well be the trued not you made up so you can get payed and go home , or puting on suff her on tv thats not true eathere britney has on throw a lot mabey if her tv and herad something about her for a change thats could make her feelr better thean always being put down like that so pople pick on birtheny cuz she shaved her shaved her sahved yes that was the biggeted shock in the and pople dont like her for that ? why ????? no one know why she shaved her head the only person who know is britney . The fixation on Britney Spears is several things. She lives a life most people would only dream of and starting at 10. Most kids can't get there parents to buy them a pack of gum let alone pay for dance lessons. Most kids at 15 don't even a dollar let alone a multia million dollar record deal and most kids at 15 aren't aloud to have a car let alone a mercedes. That being said Britney Spears being destroyed by the press could happen. If nothing els they could very easily cause her a heart attack. That South Park eppisode might be so far off.
