Photog Beaten While Stalking Britney Spears

Britney Spears has been keeping a low profile recently, but that doesn’t mean photogs are not going through extreme measures to get some scoop on her.

Last night, a paparazzo from a photo agency decided to go a little far and step inside a hotel that Britney was hanging at. He left his camera in his car to “go inside the hotel to see what Brit was up to.”

While snooping around the Montage Hotel in Beverly, the paparazzo was allegedly pulled aside into a small room where they “proceeded to beat him!!!”

The photog even alleges that his car was completely keyed with significant damages.

We definitely have mixed feelings about this situation. Why the hell is a photog going inside a hotel to spy on Britney? Isn’t that taking things a little too far? Their job is to stay in public places and take pictures of the celebrity, not to stalk them inside private places. What do you guys think? Have the paps taken things too far, or the security went a little too far this time?

miley... there is no real proof that he went in to ask about her it's all here say. If he did ask about her then there are better ways to handle the situation then beating the shit out of the guy. Something else must of happened then just asking about Brit Brit. Usually you have to provoke a person to get the shit beat out of you, and have them key your car. There's more to this story then they are letting on.

sasha, melbug, gevo, etc... GOOD POINTS! They step to far. They really need privacy. Something should be done. You can tell it's extremely annoying. It was good they beat him up, serves him right. Just leave her alone!

First of all if the photog doesn't have his camera on him he should be allowed to go into any public place. The idea that he went to chcek to see what she was doing is creepy, but it's here say. He could have to go to the bathroom or maybe he was doing somthing else. Either way I find it odd that he would leave his camera in his car. If he was on duty that night you don't usually leave something like that just lying around for someone to steel.

I think he deserved it for crossing the line. Someone needs to teach the extreme guys a lesson.

I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often! I understand their job is to take photographs of celebrities - but there has to be a line drawn! Everyone deserves privacy - regardless if they are a celebrity. If they are in public, take their picture. If they are in a hotel/home, stay away.
