It turns out that the cops are finally just not having it with the paparazzi anymore because six paps got arrested in Hollywood last night.
Two of the paps were stalking Britney Spears outside of the hair salon and the other four were waiting for Lindsay to leave Villa. I see Lindsay is back to her clubbing ways again. She's been at Villa almost everyday this week and its only Wednesday.
Apparently, the paps are not allowed to stop on the sidewalk because it slows down foot traffic.
